Current Profile: currently, deputed in technical services and is responsible for
post merger gap analysis of technical documents of GSPC GAS company ltd. and
Gujarat gas company ltd. my current responsibility includes modification of
following documents in line with the gaps observed and agreed by the erstwhile
GSPC GAS and GGCL teams:

Steel pipeline laying tender Modification

API 5L Steel pipe and 3 LPE coating specification modification
Valves specification and PMS modification
Modification in Data sheets of ball valves, globe valves, plug valves
Modification in technical specification of fittings, flange, gaskets and stud, nut &
bolts
Modification in technical specification, data sheet and ITP of monolithic insulation
joint
Modification in ITPs( inspection test plans)
Additional roles as a SAP core team member for merger of SAP processes of GSPC
GAS and GGCL and unification of processes in newly formed Gujarat Gas Ltd.

Steel pipeline Projects:

Successfully executed and commissioned 6dia steel pipeline project, 3.5 km spur
line in Gandhinagar (Gujarat) for connecting of CNG station including Tap-off for
DRS sector 21 to sector 24 (2013-14).
Successfully executed and commissioned 6dia steel pipeline project, 2.5 km Spur
line in Gandhinagar city (Gujarat) for connecting sector 5 CNG station(2013-14).
Successfully executed and commissioned high pressure 6 steel pipeline 3 km
(Operating pressure 76 Bar-g) project for setting up of online CNG station in
Palanpur City (Gujarat) (2015).

Engineering and Planning:

To Plan CGD network in newly identified areas in synchronization with ROU team
aiming for lesser conflicts with various statuary authorities.
Study of the impacts of new Steel pipelines (series, parallel, looping) on flow and
pressure conditions of existing network on SynerGEE Software in planning phase
focusing on the optimization of existing infrastructure.
To carry out the detailed engineering of Coordination with C&M department after
the signing of contract by new industrial customers and carrying out the design
calculations for the skid to be installed in customer premises.
Helped in organizing PE welder training and initiated the record keeping of various
PE welders and their working history for better quality of fusion jointing.

SAP PS Module core team member:

Recommended by mentor to take the responsibility of PS module

implementation as a Core Member of SAP in house team. With joint efforts
our Team implemented SAP in 8 months.
Developed and Tested reports of PS module. Prepared end user training document
PS module and imparted training to the end users at the time of go live.
Post go live support to all PS users in company. Helped finance department in
Capitalization and answering the queries in audit after SAP implementation.

Business development:

Asset take over from GGCL in Vapi city and technical planning for connecting
these assets to our network for network looping and effective utilization of
network.
Assessment of technical feasibility and Process development for the use of
sourced rich gas in our CNG stations .

Audit:

Carried out the audit of PE bills to find the mismatch b/w current actual
commissioned PE quantity, actual bills paid, and actual bills pending for payment,
Capitalization by finance, current work in progress and material present in various
contractor locations.

Carried out the audit of laid and commissioned quantity of Steel pipelines to find
the mismatch and to resolve the various bills related issues across all locations
and helped the capitalization team in finding the bills but pending for
capitalization quantity.

MIS:

Preparation of daily registered, installed and commissioned domestic customer

report in coordination with all the zone offices and city managers.
Preparation of weekly laying and commissioning report of steel and PE pipeline
network in coordination with the city offices and site engineers and circulation of
report to CEO and other concerned departments. Preparation of weekly report of
installation and commissioning of CGS,DRS/CPRS/IPRS/MRS, valve chambers and
service regulators across all the sites.
Coordination with all the zones and GAs for the preparation of report to track the
commercial/non commercial and industrial customer registration and
commissioning report.
Monitoring of target v/s actual goals monthly and quarterly and submission for
quarterly target monitoring meetings presided by CEO and project head for
analysis of Target V/S actual goals achieved of all the cities and zones.
Preparation of data submitted to PNGRB in coordination with C&M department
which involves inch dia. commissioned, customer status, CNG stations and Gas
sales
Coordinating with CNG team and prepare the progress report of all the CNG
stations and various permits status required
