Equipment Type - Leasing of 20ft Reconditioned Refrigerated Container

Temperature Range : Minus 20 Degree Celsius to Plus 20 Degree Celsius

(Lessee to supply 4 pin socket C32 earth at 3 oclock)
Power Requirement : Initial start up 32 amp, C type
External Dimension : 20ft (L) X 8ft (W) X 8ft 6 inch (H)
1. Quantity : 01 Unit
2. Minimum Rental Period : 1 Month
3. Rental Rate : S$800.00 per unit per month, thereafter S$30.00 per unit per day
4. Transportation : S$250.00 per unit per trip X 2 trips = S$500.00
5. In/out depot handling + pre-trip inspection : Container Specialists Account
6. Cleaning Costs : S$55.00 per unit is applicable (Subject to inspection upon return)
7. Replacement Value : S$20,000.00 per unit
(Applicable only if container found damaged beyond repair or due to total loss)
8. Lessees Liability : All damages, replacement of missing items & cleaning charges upon
return
9. Technical Support : Container Specialist will provide emergency call-out service during
office hours (Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6.00pm). A service charge of S$120.00 per trip is
chargeable after office hour, Sat / Sun & public holiday. (This is not applicable for
containers used outside Singapore)
10. Security deposit : S$2,000.00 per unit to be provided prior delivery
(Refundable upon lease expiry and after full settlement of any outstanding invoices)
11. Payment Term : Within 30 days upon invoicing
12. GST will be applicable
13. Other Terms : As per Container Specialists Standard Lease Agreement & General Trading

This quotation is valid for 10 days and is subject to signed lease agreement and stock
availability at time of order.
