To learn about the work conditions and thus extract and develop new ideas to
improve them
Activities in:
practical training
All the above mentioned modules can be seen as examples. Its possible that we have to modify or adapt
them due to the abilities of the participants. The duration and the placement in the training centre ask for
further agreements between the Host organization and the Promoter.
The tasks and the activities vary and depend on the practical and the linguistic skills of the beneficiaries
and on the needs and business volume of the companies.

Aus- und Weiterbildung in Leipzig:
Introduction to the Practical Training Centre of Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Leipzig in different fields of further and vocational education / Information about the
over 15 years old history of the institution / Information about the possibilities of
training regarding DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 / Getting to know the different workshops
e.g. CNC-technology, control technology (hydraulics, pneumatics, SPS, electronics,
electrical engineering), automotive technology and metal work / Information about
the practical knowledge in the different professional educations with main focus of
mechatronics (duration, contents, exams) which are teach in ZAW
start of practical training - information about the daily working times, the organisation
of the company / test of the students knowledge
Cultural programme:
Leipzig
Guided tour of the city of Leipzig / Getting to know the sights of the city, e.g. the
square Augustusplatz with the Leipzig Opera and the concert hall Gewandhaus,
the churches St. Nikola and St. Thomas, the passage Mdler Passage, the New
and the Old City Hall
