Job Responsibilities:
The projects I executed with this company are:
• AL-Kifah Pre-Cast factory:
The owner was: Al kifah Per Cast Co. Branch of Al Kifah Holding Co.
The mechanical systems for this project are: Fire Fighting sys., HVAC sys. (Chilled Water sys.),
Compressed air sys., R.O. Plant, Patching Plant, Drainage and Water-Supply sys.

• The Islamic University in Al Madinah Al Monawara. (Accommodations for teaching cadre


and students).

The owner was: The Islamic University.
The mechanical systems: HVAC sys. (Package units and window type units), Fire Fighting sys.,
Drainage and Water Supply sys.
As well my responsibility for these two projects was :
1.Studying and analyzing the Bill of Quantities.
2. Preparing and presenting offering the shop drawings for all mechanical systems to
the Consultant according to the BOQ for getting the approval.
3.Updating the time schedule using Primavera Project Planner Software.
4.Submit the needed materials to the consultant for getting the approval.
5.Supervising and following the sub-contractors in the mechanical works if they are needed
according to necessities of work conditions.
6.Preparing the monthly invoice bill of the infectious mechanical works.
7. Following the progresses and fulfillment and executions of the work activities in
the Site according to approved work shop drawing and time schedule.
8.Testing and commissioning the systems.

Job Responsibilities:
I worked to this company as a mechanical project engineer, that’s I was responsible for the
TECHNICAL COLLEGE PROJECT IN HAE’L CITY (SR/37937155 Mech. Works cost).
The owner of this project was the general corporation of the technical education.
And I can abstract my responsibility as follow:
1.Studying and analyzing the Bill of Quantities.
2. Preparing and presenting offering the shop drawings for all mechanical systems to
the Consultant according to the BOQ for getting the approval.

Owner: SUNDAYS INTERNATIONAL FOR INVISTMENT.

Description of my job can be briefed to:


1. Prepared and approved the workshop drawing.

2. Approved the materials (make the submittals).
3. Calculate the quantity of materials.
4. Following the actions in the site according to the planning schedule.
5. Installed, tested and commissioned the mechanical systems, while the mechanical
systems were: Fire Fighting sys., HVAC sys. (Chilled Water sys.), Treatment Plant, Irrigation
sys., Swimming pools, Waving pool, Lazy river, Bubble Pools, Soft Water sys., Drainage and
Water supply sys.

iv. March 2005 to April 2006:


Working for the Electrical Lifts EST., my duties as follow:
Factory manager whilst I prepared the operational sheets for the manufacturing process and
supervisor of the production line, these tasks went through out five month's as beginning from the
first of March 2005, and then I was transferred to the building works as a mechanical engineer for
the Lodging Est. Projects

Point).
• Excellent in Auto CAD Drawing and Designing Program (version 2000 up to 2009).

ES-Pump Power, CHVAC7 )
