Munshi Ram Hosiery (MRH) came into being in the year 1977 and proved its
competency as the known manufacturer, exporter and supplier of the wide range of
Ladies Tops, Ladies Cardigans, Women Coats, Ladies Kurtis and more.

I-Base ERP Software is customized software by Doxbird Solutions exclusively for Apparels
Manufacturing Unit of MRH.

We need to go to the system head and select the required option for updating the data.

To add a new product into the system we need to go to master then select product under
product we selected the required option i.e. product categories to add the new product.

Production Process

The production process starts with a Production Order.

Production Order

In production order the list of the type of the product is to be manufactured is listed that is
the code of the product followed by art number, size, color and quantity.

Job Card

It is created after Product Order is received.


It consists of details regarding which process is to be done by whom.

Production Report

It generate all the report that are related to the production department i.e. how much order
is completed by each employee that is process wise and how much process is pending.
It also generated workers pay roll details according to amount of work done by each
employee.

Inventory Management

Store issue and receipt consist of the information about how much stock is bought from the
fabricator and how much stock is available in the companys store house. It also includes
details about the amount of fabric issued to the employee for the production.

Sales

As they have recently started to use the system so the sales management head as not come
under use as of now.
But it prepares the list of all the sales order as per the companies they are dealing with.

This screenshot consist of purchase of material used in packaging of the final prepared
product.

Accounts

This Software has the Accounts management system but the company uses separate
software for the same.

Use of the Information System

The system is being used primarily for two major purposes Manufacturing,
accounting and inventory management.
The input into the system is generally done by the manager. Input is generally of
purchase/sale information of various products or about the information of internal
recipients of various items.
The output of the system is used by both middle and upper level management in
order to take right decisions for the organization.
This software helps the top management in decision making by giving a
comprehensive picture with analytical reports which give them correct information
about various departments.
o For manufacturing department it helps them understanding which products
production is to take place, how much fabric is needed for its activities and
when the product is to be dispatched to the buyer.
o For the accounting department it helps them understanding the flow of the
working capital and total expenditure on incoming material and the revenues
being generated by the outgoing finished product,
It also eases calculation of workers payroll.
o For inventory management, it helps them in understanding the demands of
the various departments for various consumable items and the fabric needs,
the frequency of their usage, when to order the next lot and the overall
managements of the stocks.

CRM Vision To develop a strategic fit with our clientele as well as suppliers so that
both ends will have a top-notch experience and help the company to have improved
functioning.

Step 3: Establishing Goals


1. Ability to store detailed clientele information.
2. Ability to analyze economic ability of the suppliers.
3. Ability to analyze profitability of the clients.

Step 4: Identifying People, Process and Technology Requirements


Since the CRM system will have to be designed, so the people (employees) that
will utilize the software would have to be trained for its effective usage and there
might be requirement of hiring some skilled employees that can efficiently use the
new software.
The processes of collecting information regarding clients and supplier have to be
standardized.
Technology requirements would depend on the softwares base that might include
huge data bases, better OS to handle the new software, etc.
