I visited a couple of sites before deciding to

purchase at Partington Haven, and I am glad
that I had the opportunity to experience 2 very
different sites and sales teams.
At Patrington they were keen to fully
understand what I wanted before our meeting,
they had picked out 2 caravans which fitted my
requirements perfectly, 3 bedrooms, and within
my budget. They were right! Both suited my
needs.

This has been our first season on this site; we are

delighted with everything about Patrington Haven.
We did have a few problems with the move of the
caravan but these originated from a third party.
Jamie played a key role in sorting everything out
and ensured everything was solved, even though
the problems were not something we had to get
involved with. An exclusive service which we very
much appreciated.

There were a few things that I noticed that

happened in the background whilst we had our
meeting. Owners who called in to reception for
general day to day requests - the staff knew
them by name! How amazing is that when
you think about how many owners they would
interact with! The staff including Guy, the Park
owner spoke to each other in a relaxed friendly
manner, this family feel was there, both with
owners and staff.

We would recommend friends and family to

Patrington Haven without any hesitation.

This place really is a community, we are quickly

getting to know other owners and their families.
The facilities are really as amazing as they
looked on my visit. The staff are amazing and
within the first week they all know me and my
kids by name.

The experience of moving our caravan here

was brilliant; everything was done for me, well
organised and efficient. Things were done on
time with no problems.

I am now a month into ownership and no

regrets! This is by far the best purchase I have
ever made. We are making memories, friends,
and are now part of this amazing family at
Patrington.
