loading facilities and remote supervisory controls.
Played a vital role in overseeing additional projects including design, construction, start-up, and
operation of carbon black plants, power transmission lines, water main tunnels, transportation
tunnels, underground storage, gas/oil/water pipelines, water and sewerage treatment plants, the
two largest gas plants in the world at that time, power plants, water desalination plants,

LACT units in the Gulf of Mexico that injected into a Shell Pipeline owned or operated
pipeline with measuring devices installed on the beach as well. This was part of Shells
implementation of taking all operations to one central control room in Houston Texas
and included over 225 RTU, metering and telecommunication units.

Senior Inspector/Project Manager/ I&E Manager Saginaw Bay Pipeline. This was a
pipeline that ran from Essexville MI to a Gas plant in Kalkaska MI and included all
RTU/Communication units with flow metering devices (Daniels) located at each
producers injection location. Also total responsibility on the installation, commissioning
and operation of the pipeline and its central control room in West Branch, Michigan

48 Crude Oil Pipeline from Arauca, Colombia, across the Andes to a single point mooring
system on the Pacific side. Each pumping/water knock-out station was self sufficient and
included all well head metering, station in and out metering and tank farms and associated Man
Camps. This was in the swamps of The Llanos and required complete infrastructure design and
installation. A French drain system was designed and installed for the tank farm foundations in
order to support the weight of the tanks.
