WE NEED HELP

AGENDA 21 IN SOUTH FLORIDA

Voting date is November 14th, 2014
Florida Water and Land Conservation Initiative, Amendment 1 (2014)
WRITTEN IN BALLEPEDIA
The Florida Water and Land Conservation Initiative, Amendment 1 is on the November 4,
2014 ballot in the state of Florida as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure, upon
voter approval, would dedicate 33 percent of net revenues from the existing excise tax on
documents to the Land Acquisition Trust Fund. [1] The Land Acquisition Trust Fund would be
expended to acquire and improve conservation easements, wildlife management areas, wetlands,
forests, fish and wildlife habitats, beaches and shores, recreational trails and parks, urban open
space, rural landscapes, working farms and ranches, historical and geological sites, lands
protecting water and drinking water resources and lands in the Everglades Agricultural Areas and
the Everglades Protection Area. The fund is designed to manage and restore natural systems and
to enhance public access and recreational use of conservation lands. [1] This is a total fraud.

people to vote no. These are some great links from Karen Schoen that she blasts to everyone;

Here is a link about the smart meter bill we have to vote on many people are very upset with the
mart meters so they are taking a vote. She covers everything from green energy fraud, land grabs,
and common core. To the Comcast Time Warner Merger

We need help to bring national attention to this evil stuff. Please click on the links read them
and let us know what we need to do or if you can help us. They talk about the tides rising yet the
City of Miami just finished building an underwater tunnel in the port for big ships to cross.
My friend Karen Scheon has been working around the state trying to bring attention to what is
going on. We are making some headway but we need national attention. The reporters are afraid
to touch this story and they have taken land in a six mile starch and many people have committed
suicide. A gentleman named Jose Antonio Fernandez has fought to save his land for years. It has

caused him great anguish and he had to send his wife away for her wellbeing. He is very upset
and he was on the news saying some crazy things because he is so upset. This guy is an antiAgenda 21 person who was bullied by an aggressive DERM that took his nursery away in South
Dade for supposed "wetlands" ordinances. Now, since he lost his income he's close to losing his
home. It'll be scheduled for auction soon unless something happens. Want to get involved?
This is the video link that shows. Fernandez upset and threating to blow up his house. However
they used it to promote the Amendment 1 agenda and tried to make him look like a crazy man
when he is a real man of courage. Here is the link in the Miami Herald.

According to Ms. Schoen The leading organization campaigning for the initiative is Florida's
Water and Land Legacy, Inc. [2] She met with the lady from California who wrote Behind The
Green Mask and came but less than 200 people showed up. This is what Karen Wrote
This past week I attended the propaganda movie, "The Florida Corridor Expedition:
Everglades to Okefenokee," promoting the need for Floridians to spend $19.5 Billion on land so
animals can roam freely. I say propaganda because only one side was shown: the need to connect
wildlife corridors. Wildlife corridors are non-taxable conservations lands where animals roam
freely. Although the movie was well done and showed a trip from the Everglades to Georgia by a
team doing the movie (paid by tax dollars?), my questions was how much land will be taken
from humans to complete this dream and who's dream is it anyhow?
I fully understand and support reasonable conservation. I know that Florida has some of the most
beautiful trails and eco systems in the world bringing millions of visitors each year but... There
reaches a point when we realize humans and freedoms will be sacrificed to make this happen.
Does that make sense?
Currently 40% of Florida is in some conservation scheme. In simple terms that means 40% of
Florida is off the tax rolls! Land in conservation pays no taxes to the community creating deficits
made up by the community. Currently almost 65% of Broward and Miami-Dade counties fall in
this category. Due to this lost revenue, these counties have the highest tax rates in the state.
The statement was made, "the Amendment will not cost Floridians anything."
Audience questions: "If Doc Stamps are used to pay for this Amendment, what happens to the
money Doc Stamps were supposed to fund programs for the poor and elderly?"
Their answer, "50% of Doc Stamps were to be used for conservation but the money went into the
general fund. We are asking for 33% so we are asking for less." That answer makes no sense.
What difference does it make what pocket you are taking money from? If you are taking money
designated for another program, like poor and elderly that program will have to find money

someplace else. The tax payer will be asked to now fund the poor and elderly or else... If you
say no, you will be demonized because you don't like the poor and elderly. I asked: If land will
be taken from the tax rolls and put into non- taxable conservation programs, who will make up
the lost revenue to the counties?"
Their answer: "If people move into the counties the county will have to provide more services
like schools and police." That made no sense. If people move into the counties, PEOPLE PAY
TAXES and the tax base will improve. I asked Mr. Bear, Panther and Alligator to pay their fair
share of taxes but got NO answer. Let's see how this program works in New Mexico at a wolf
sanctuary ... MMM, people in cages while animals run free! Sounds like fun.
VIDEO: Government Forced Kid Cages (This is on one of the links I listed)

In parts of New Mexico children have no choice but to wait for their school bus inside of
cages. These kid cages are the result of government agencies abuse of the Endangered Species
Act. The United States Fish & Wildlife Service has placed wolves in populated areas where they
have become an economic burden for small business owners, infringed upon private property
rights, burdened taxpayers with management costs, and placed fear in the hearts of those who
have to deal with them on a daily basis. (Excerpt) Read more at thecalreport.com...
We are lucky in Florida. We get to see the results of some of these government policies and
decide if we like the results before we amend the Florida constitution with yet another program
that sounds great on paper but does not work in reality. Does Florida need another slush fund
scheme without oversight giving more money to groups dedicated to stealing your land? Florida
is in the top 10 for political corruption. There is only one goal of the groups supporting this
Amendment: ELIMINATE PRIVATE PROPERTY. All groups supporting this amendment have
ties to the United Nations. The UN believes that land should be held by the government not in
the hands of ordinary people.
Please get back to me or MS. Schoen you will see her information on the I included. I live in
Miami, Florida and she lives in Panama City Florida. Please sent me and email to

They have already stolen 6 mile of land in the keys and threw everyone out. I am willing to stand
out in public to stop this madness you ae our last hope. I have been watching you and left
Comcast for Dish because they would not put the Blaze in their lineup.
God Bless
