The lake fills Taal Caldera, a large volcanic caldera formed by very large eruptions between 500,000 and 100,000 years ago

Manila Bay-Manila Bay is a natural harbour which serves the Port of Manila (on Luzon), in the Philippines.

Strategically located around the capital city of thePhilippines, Manila Bay facilitated commerce and trade between
the Philippines and its neighbouring countries,[1] becoming the gateway for socio-economic development even prior to
Spanish occupation.

Laguna de Bay-Laguna de Ba is the largest lake in the Philippines located east of Metro Manila between the provinces of
Laguna to the south and Rizal to the north.

Bohol Sea-The Bohol Sea, also called the Mindanao Sea, is located between Visayas and Mindanao in the Philippines. It lies
south of Bohol and Leyte and north of Mindanao. Siquijor and Camiguin are its two major islands.

Rio Grande de Mindanao-The Rio Grande de Mindanao, also known as the Mindanao River, is the second largest river
system in the Philippines, after the Cagayan River of Luzon.

Pasig River-The Pasig River, is a river in the Philippines that connects Laguna de Bay to Manila Bay. Stretching for 25

Pansipit River-The Pansipit River is a short river located in the Batangas province of the Philippines. The river is the sole
drainage outlet of Taal Lake, which empties to Balayan Bay.

Butuan Bay-Butuan Bay is a bay and extension of the Bohol Sea in the northeast section of Mindanao in the Philippines. Its

Lakes Pandin and Yambo-Pandin and Yambo are twin crater lakes separated by a narrow strip of land. They are part of

Philippines.

Balintang Channel- The Balintang Channel is the small waterway that separates the Batanes and Babuyan Islands, both of
which belong to the Philippines, in the Luzon Strait

Cebu Strait-Cebu Strait is a strait in the Central Visayas region in the Philippines.
Naujan Lake-Naujan Lake is a freshwater lake in the Philippines located in the northeastern corner of the province of
Oriental Mindoro on Mindoro Island.

Lake Balanan-Lake Balanan is a lake situated in Siaton, Negros Oriental in the Philippines. It is a freshwater

lake in the forested mountains of the southern portion of theisland of Negros, with a shape resembling a figure of
eight, the narrowest point between the two main portions of the lake being only 90 metres (300 ft) wide.

Lake Caliraya-Lake Caliraya is a man-made lake situated in the municipalities of Lumban, Cavinti, and Kalayaan in Laguna
province, Philippines. Created in 1939, the lake has developed as a popular spot for water sports and outdoor recreation
including fishing.

Agusan River-Agusan River is a river located in the eastern part of Mindanao island in the Philippines, draining majority of
the Caraga Region and some parts of Compostela Valley province.

Batangas Bay-Batangas Bay is a semi-enclosed body of water situated in the province of Batangas in Luzon island in the
Philippines. The water surface area of the bay is about 220 km, and the coastline has an approximately 470 kilometres.

Tayabas Bay-Tayabas Bay is a large bay in the southern part of Luzon island in the Philippines. Several islands are located
in the bay, largest of which is Marinduque. The bay is bordered on the north and east side by Quezon province.

Panguil Bay-Panguil Bay, an arm of the Iligan Bay, is an inlet in Mindanao in the Philippines. The bay forms the natural
boundary separating the Zamboanga Peninsula from the rest of the island of Mindanao.

Lake Buhi-Lake Buhi is a lake found in Buhi, Camarines Sur in the Philippines. It has an area of 18 square kilometres and has
an average depth of 8 meters. The lake lies in the valley formed by two ancient volcanoes, Mount Iriga and Mount Malinao.

Manila Bay.

Davao Gulf-Davao Gulf is a gulf situated in the southeastern portion of Mindanao in the Philippines. It has an area of
308,000 hectares. Davao Gulf cuts into the island of Mindanao from Philippine Sea.

Verde Island Passage-Verde Island Passage is a strait that separates the islands of Luzon and Mindoro, connecting the
South China Sea with the Tayabas Bay and the Sibuyan Sea beyond.

Cagayan River-Cagayan River, often called the Cagayan de Oro River, is one of the rivers draining the northern central
part of the island of Mindanao in the Philippines.

Bicol River-Bicol River is the eight largest river in the Philippines in terms of drainage basin size with an estimated
catchment area of 3,770 km.

Agus River-Agus River is a river that flows for 36.5 km from Lanao Lake to Iligan Bay, Philippines. It cuts through the
provinces of Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte.

Lake Buluan-Lake Buluan is a lake located in the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. With an estimated surface area of
61.34 square kilometers, it is the third largest lake in Mindanao, after Lake Lanao and Lake Mainit.

Albay Gulf-Albay Gulf is a large gulf in the Bicol Peninsula of Luzon island in the Philippines
Lake Palakpakin-Lake Palakpakin is one of the Seven Lakes of San Pablo in Laguna province in the Philippines. Palakpakin is
located in Brgy. San Buenaventura, San Pablo City. With an area of 43 hectares, it has a maximum depth of 7.5 meters.

Surigao Strait-Surigao Strait is a strait in the southern Philippines, between the Bohol Sea and the Leyte Gulf of the
Philippine Sea.

San Bernardino Strait-The San Bernardino Strait is a strait in the Philippines, connecting the Samar Sea with the

Ragay Gulf-Ragay Gulf is a large gulf in the Bicol Peninsula of Luzon island in the Philippines, part of the Sibuyan Sea. It is

hectares. It is situated in the 2,193 hectares Lake Danao Natural Park, which also includes the Amandiwin mountain range.

area, with 80% of its area between 800 metres (2,600 ft) and 1,200 metres (3,900 ft) deep.

northern coast of Mindanao Island.

Moro Gulf-The Moro Gulf is the largest gulf in the Philippines. It located off the coast of Mindanao Island, and is part of
the Celebes

Mindoro Strait-The Mindoro Strait is one of the straits connecting the South China Sea with the Sulu Sea in the
Philippines. It separates Mindoro Island from Busuanga Island.
