CONCERNING A LIMITED EXEMPTION FOR WATER COLLECTED FROM


RESIDENTIAL ROOFTOPS, AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH,
DIRECTING THE WATER RESOURCES REVIEW COMMITTEE TO STUDY
ISSUES RELATED TO AN EXEMPTION FOR WATER COLLECTED FROM
IMPERMEABLE SURFACES IN RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

SECTION 1. 37-98-103, Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended


BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SUBSECTION to read:

37-98-103. Annual recommendations - bill limitation - deadlines


for introduction - repeal. (4) (a) THE COMMITTEE SHALL, DURING THE
2008 INTERIM, STUDY THE ISSUES RAISED BY THE REENGROSSED VERSION OF
SENATE BILL 08-119.

(b) THIS SUBSECTION (4) IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2009.

SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
