consultant”, “lumber company president”, “realtor”, “land developer”, etc.). “Retired”, “unemployed” and
“homemaker” are also considered acceptable descriptions.
You may list “self-employed” as your employer. If you are employed by a corporation then you are an
“employee” and must list the name of the corporation as your employer. Oregon law requires that we ask for
occupation/employer information. For your address you are permitted to use post office boxes or a business
addresses instead of your home address. The address you provide must be an address where you regularly
receive mail.
**The Committee to End Highway Robbery is a chief petitioner committee under Oregon law. Contributions to
chief petitioner committees are not typically tax deductible for individuals or businesses. If you have any
