New EB-Job Act of 2015 Will Result in Entrepreneurship and

Foreign Investment Spike Al Zucaro of Boca Raton Explains


There is a new bill that was recently submitted that will continue to support the
economic growth of the United States, as well as spark entrepreneurship and
foreign investments. The bill, known as the EB-Job Act of 2015, was introduced on
July 30, 2015 by U.S. Representatives, Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) and Luis V. Gutirrez
(D-Ill.)
According to immigration lawyer Al Zucaro of Boca Raton, this new bill is very
important to continue Americas economic growth. Besides providing the necessary
reforms for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, the new bill will also led to a new
category for green cards to be created for entrepreneurs who take advantage of the
bill while creating more American jobs and stimulating the U.S economy.

The Bills Purpose


Throughout his life and career, Al Zucaro, is dedicated to stimulating the U.S.
economy, and he explains in more basic terms why the EB-Job Act of 2015 is so
important. He illustrates that it is because of the bills purpose to continue fostering
economic development and foreign direct investment.

The most important factors of the bill to consider are the ones that will stimulate the
United States economy and continue to provide more jobs for Americans and their
foreign investors. This bill was designed to appeal to foreign entrepreneurs that

want to obtain a visa and legal residency through creating legitimate businesses
that create more jobs for the people in the United States. It also provides the
chance for foreign entrepreneurs already in the United States under non-immigrant
status operating a business can obtain a visa if they can show business growth.

Accommodations
There are two types of entrepreneurships that will be accommodated by the
program and result in a conditional green card. This includes venture capital-backed
start-up entrepreneurs as well as self-sponsored start-up entrepreneurs. Each
requires a handful of stipulations to be met in order to qualify.
The EB-Jobs Act will also grant legal residency E2 treaty investment holders who
have maintained their status for 10 years while creating 5 jobs over the course of
time that have been established positions for at least 10 years.
Additionally, this piece of legislation is responsible for permanently reauthorizing
the Conrad State 30 J-1 Visa Waiver Program, a program that aims to address
shortage of qualified doctors in areas medically underserved. It also reauthorized
two other programs set to expire for another five years each, which includes the EVerify and Special Immigration Non minister Religious Worker programs.
Al Zucaro has elaborated how such initiatives will increase the allure of Palm beach
County and the surrounding area to foreign investors. Increasing international
business in the area will have profound benefits for the economy and the citizens.
