All members in good standing are eligible to vote.

There are five spots on the bargaining team.
You will vote for your top FIVE candidates.
Those not elected will serve as alternates to keep our membership
engaged so we can win the best contract possible.

My goal in joining the bargaining team is to restore the morale in the work we do and receive the
rewards that we deserve.

I have been a union steward and on the bargaining team for nine years. I work closely with everyone to
resolve issues individually or as a whole. We have tackled major issues but still have room for
improvement. I will represent everyone and get the best union contract possible.

Lisa Stedman

My 11 years at UWP have brought many changes. It is time fight for what we deserve. With my
experience on the bargaining team and stewarding, I can help the unionized employees at UWP win fair
compensation. I would be privileged to serve our members to negotiate the contract we deserve.

accountable to their contractual obligations. Served as a member of the bargaining team for past
contracts. Members deserve a candidate who has the experience, knowledge and who isnt afraid to
speak up! I would appreciate your vote!

Wages and benefits must increase: Im uniquely situated to represent all union members, because in
four years at UWP Ive either worked in or with all union-represented departments and understand the
most common issues we have are pay and benefits. Ill focus on our shared fight for these major issues.
