In an international environment, the Groupe Sup de Co Amiens Picardie allows the students to acquire the business fundamentals and a
learning experience close to reality. The development of managerial and inter-personal skills, creativity and entrepreneurship also enable
students to develop their professional projects.

Location

Founded in 1942, the Amiens Graduate School of Management in known today as Groupe Sup de Co
Amiens Picardie. The Group includes the ESC, Ecole Suprieure de Commerce, or Graduate School
of Management, ISAM,
Institut Suprieur dAdministration et de Management, an Undergraduate Business School, and
Sup de Co Entreprises , the executive programme and consultancy branch.

The Groupe Sup de Co, located in Amiens (less than an hour from Paris), half way between Paris
and Lille, is at the heart of Europe. Amiens is the capital of the Picardie region and has also
numerous cultural, economic and industrial advantages. The school is located right in the centre
of the town next to one of the worlds most beautiful cathedrals.

The courses offered to students have been structured in such a way that they can discover and
develop their own particular talents in an international environment. An understanding of the business
fundamentals is provided as the basis for a successful start in professional life. A wide of courses is
offered in English.
The close links with the Chamber of Commerce and an extensive business network allow the schools to offer a learning experience close to reality
and based on the exchange of ideas. The educational environment is particularly conducive to the development of managerial and inter-personal
skills, creativity and entrepreneurship and to their practical application. Students are given guidance throughout the three years and are helped and
encouraged to develop their personal professional projects.
A dynamic Alumni Association of more than 4500 members working all over the world play an active role and offer services to past and present students, whether they are French or International.

Entrance to the Ecole Suprieure de Commerce (ESC) for students is by a competitive national written and oral examination, which follows successful
completion of a two-year university diploma. The three-year degree programme of business studies, which delivers a Masters in Management, is fully
accredited by the French Government Entrance to the ISAM 3-year Bachelor programme is by a competitive written and oral exam taken after the
Baccalaurat. The Bachelor degree is fully accredited by the French Government.
The Groupe Sup de Co Amiens Picardie is a member of the Chapitre de la Confrence des Grandes Ecoles (the French national accreditation body
of the Schools of Management) which brings together the best French schools and the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development)
which federates the top European institutions of management teaching.

To live normally in France a student has to have at least 450 euros per month at his
disposal (including rent). This sum may be higher if the student wishes to travel.
An example of budget:
- Accommodation : 250 to 300 euros/ month
- Food : 150 -180 euros per month
- Books and equipment : 30 euros per semester
- diverse expenses : 50 euros per month

All non-European citizens staying in France for more than 6 months must apply for the carte de
sjour. You will be required to take a medical insurance here in France
(50 euros). If you remain less than 6 months you must ask for a visa dispens de carte de
sjour. This means you will not apply for the carte de sjour.
