Having known from internal posted of my colleague, Saturday 10th of November 2013, I have known that
your Company is seeking candidates to fulfill a ENGINEERING DESIGN positions , I am really
interested with the post that you have offered. I have experience background for over 11 years in
Product Development or Research and Development roles from PT. Thomson Batam who is Factory
manufacturer multimedia industry product, I have been involved with design drafting with utilized SDRC
3D Ideas, ACad 2D/3D and leading the Product Engineering for organized of process the pilot run, control
run for the new product introduction, product approval and product release for mass prod. I have been
well known the process flow of the system for this roles with ISO standard .
Furthermore I have additional knowledge and experience in maritime oil and gas in order to emphasize of
my qualification for support the requirement that you are seeking for.
I have understood well of the roles of the inspection of fabrication structure, piping process specially roles
in the welding inspector. Set up the ITP, review the drawing and specification, review material mill
certification, check up the fit up and alignment , before, during and after the inspection activities. I have
strong knowledge the NDTs and the defectology, basic and various welding process, metallurgy, welding
design.
I have familiar with International Design Codes & Standards such
as AWS D1.1, ASME 2C, ASME VIII, ASME IX, API 1104,API RP 2A, ABS rules, API 650, ASME B31,3,
IACS rules.In addition I have in progress to holded the Welding Inspector certification from IKBAL M YOS
Batam.
I have been graduated from Mechanical Engineering degree with major Conversion of Energy from
Institute Technology Adhi Tama Surabaya.
Now presently I am still working as Production Manager at PT. Indofoam Batam, Foam Mattress and
Spring Bed manufacturer which companies engage in Foam Mattress and Spring Bed manufacturing
( Location : at Komplek Megacipta Industrial Park Blok E no. 2 ,Batu Ampar- Batam) for almost 2 Years
I am an aggressive, team work spirit, industrious professional, dedicated, strong organizer, highly
energetic, and team player who can interface, initiate, and stimulate effectively experience with many
software and hardware systems for the company growth and profits.
