AFFIDAVIT/COMPLAINT

I, MARICON I. LAGAYAN, (Lagayan for brevity), is Filipino, of legal age, single

and with address at #88 C .Raymundo Sagad, Pasig City, Philippines, and is
the representative of Plaintiff, ISABELA KAGALINGAN INDUSTRIES, INC.,
by virtue of a Board Resolution, copy of which is hereto attached as Annex
A, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law hereby
depose and state,
That, I am the very same person executing this affidavit
That, I am the authorized administrator of a parcel of land situated at
Brgy Bagong Sikat, Alicia, Isabela with a transfer certificate title no. T-35336
from the registry of deeds, Ilagan Isabela dated November 28, 2006. (Land
title is hereto attached as annex B)
That, on or about 7:00 oclock in the morning of November 20, 2008 I
was then informed by my care taker CLARK BACCAY that the group of one
VIC MARON entered/cultivated and planted my rice field situated at the
aforecited place without my consent and against my will.
That, I immediately proceeded at said place together with my care
taker and upon arrival thereat said group of one VIC MARON prevented me
while armed with long handed bolo together with his companion who at that
time armed with shovel prohibited/prevented me to talk with the farm
workers.
That, on that juncture I left the aforementioned rice field with fear that
something might happen to me and immediately reported the matter at PNPAlicia, Isabela for further investigation.
That, I am executing this affidavit with my own free will and volition
without being forced nor intimidated by anyone and to file a complaint
against the group of one VIC MARON for crime of THREAT and GRAVE
COERCION.

JOINT AFFIDAVIT ARREST

We, the undersigned member of the Philippine National Police assigned
of Alicia Police Station, Alicia, Isabela after having been duly sworn to an oath
in accordance with law hereby depose and state,
That, we are the very same Police officer executing this affidavit
That, during the tour of our duty on or about 11:30 oclock in the
morning of November 20,2008 we received a report from the complainant
JESILE RAYMUNDA VALDEZ on the alleged grave threat/grave coercion
incident that took place on or about 8:00 oclock in the morning of same date
Brgy Bagong Sikat, Alicia, Isabela wherein the group of VIC MARON entered /
cultivated and planted her rice field without her consent and against her will
suspect/s even threatened the victim while armed with long handed bolo and
shovel.
That, we acted upon and verify the veracity of and report and
immediately proceeded at said place, then and there we saw the group of
AVELINO BARRIENTOS on the act of planting rice at the victims rice field.
That, thru the personal knowledge and identification of the witness we
have able to apprehend the suspect/s who at that time busy supervising /
assisting their farm workers.
That suspect/s identified themselves as one AVELINO BARRIENTOS, 60
years old, married, elementary graduate, farmer VILLAMOR BARRIENTOS Y
TANOG 33 years old, married HS undergraduate, farmer and DIONISIO
BARRIENTOS Y AGONOY 46 years old, married, elementary graduate, farmer
all resident of Brgy Bagong Sikat and BONIFACIO, ALICIA, ISABELA.
That, we brought the suspect/s at Alicia Police Station, Alicia, Isabela
for proper disposition and for further investigation.
That, we are executing this affidavit with our own free will and volition
without being force nor intimidated by anyone and to support a complaint
against the suspect/s

After the roll call, and there being a quorum, the Chairman called the
meeting to order. He informed the directors present that the purpose of the
special meeting is to authorize the sale and disposition of corporate
properties and further, to appoint corporate officer who will be duly
authorized to sell or dispose corporate assets and sign in behalf of the
corporation, any sale or disposition of corporate assets.
After deliberating on the matters, the Board of Directors unanimously
adopted the following resolution:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that, any one of Ms.
Maricon Lagayan, be authorize to administer corporate assets,
real and personal, upon such terms and conditions as any of
them may see fit and beneficial to the corporation, particularly a
real property with transfer certificate title no. T-35336 situated
in Alicia, Isabela, with the corresponding right and authority to
sign for and in behalf of the corporation and all instruments,
documents or papers as may be necessary.
RESOLVED FURTHER Likewise, the same person is empowered
to sign complaint, petition or motion and to appear, act for and
otherwise represent the Corporation at preliminary conferences,
to enter into negotiations, for and conclusion of amicable
settlements, compromises, stipulation of facts and similar
agreements with the proper authorities or any other partylitigant and/or her counsel, with regards to said transfer
certificate title no. T-35336.

There being no other business to transact, upon motion, duly

seconded, the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 oclock in the morning.
