Start Journey
You are here to complete your KPM ICT literacy requirement. This guide is
intented to walk you through the ICT Literacy Course. It is divided into the
following sections:
1) Enter into ETLN Network will take you through the steps to get
started with the course. Here, we will show you how to log in to the
website where you will take the course. This course is made available
in two (2) languages, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2) Taking the Course in English will guide you on how to take the course
in English. In this section, you will be guided with steps on where to find
your courses, how to track your progress, and what does the course
look like.
3) Mengambil Kursus Dalam Bahasa Malaysia will guide you with steps
on how to take course in Bahasa Malaysia.
4) ICT Literacy Compentency Self-Assessment will show you how to assess
your compentency in ICT literacy.
The flow chart on the next page will help you start the course immediately.
Before you can begin your journey through the ICT Literacy Course, you should
have received a login credential. If you havent, please contact
our Support Assistance.

Note: If you choose English, you will be redirected to Microsoft IT Academy page. Your progress report will be
based on percentage completed in the IT Academy learning portal.
If you choose to take the course in Bahasa Malaysia, the page will show you the list of lessons.

Get Started
1. To begin your course in English, click English in the ICT100 Digital Literasi.

your screen to return to the previous page.
3. To start on any of the modules assigned, hover your cursor over the
word Course and click the Play button.

Self-Assessment
Upon completion of the assigned courses, this course offers a
self-assessment that allows you to demonstrate your competency in
ICT literacy. Successfully completing this self-assessment will recognize your
competency in the criteria set by Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM).
A new link will now appear in your course page. Click on the Go button
to start your self-assessment. You will have 60 minutes to complete the
30-questions multiple choice self-assessment with a minimum requirement
of 80% correct by 30th November, 2015. You will have unlimited number of
tries to take the self-assessment.

Update Profile
1. On your ETLN homepage, select the Profile icon to update your profile
2. Be sure to update your profile with the most accurate and up-to-date
information. This will help your administrator to contact you in case there
are any concerns or clarification needed.

Microsoft Office 365 E-mail Access
1. As a part of this course, you are given a Microsft Office 365
accountl for your professional use. To access your e-mail, click on either
one of the E-mail icon.

Extra Resources
1. Under My Subjects of the Learning Community, you will find a link
to a board where you can interact with others in the same ETLN community
as you.

2. Resource Exchange is a where you can store and share your resources
such as lesson plans, articles, and more with others in the same ETLN
community as you.
a) To store resources as a part of your cloud storage, click
on My Library.
b) To share and view other resources in your community, click on
Public Library.
