Simplicity. This is what the COW is all
about. There's no need for an IT staff,
Internet connection, or additional
equipment. We load our entire
courseware onto one uncomplicated
system specifically designed to give
teachers click-to-play capability. Our
content is structured in a simple unit
and topic organization to help
teachers navigate the courses easily
and make certain they are on track
with required curriculum. Every
element of the COW - from the
intuitive interface and searchable
index to the companion materials - is
created with attention to the needs of
classroom teachers.

DONATED COW
CARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
RE: cow ID#: Science

This agreement between Denton ISD and Ignite l Inc. relates to the use of Ignitel's
classroom "curriculum on wheels", otherwise known as the COW. The COW consists of
comprehensive curricular materials that cover standards aligned subject matter in
different ways capitalizing on extensive research that indicates that students learn
best through multiple stimuli and through relating personally to material. Each Ignite l
COW comes with a built-in projector, audio system, powerful computer, rollers for
mobility, and a CD of complementary materials such as lesson plans, Curriculum Guide,
Unit Challenges, and Daily Activity Sheets. The COW is designed to be used on a
regular basis by classroom teachers.

Commitments of the Parties

Ignitel So long as School has licensed this COW, then Ignite! will support School's efforts to optimize
usage as follows:
• Ignite! will provide updates to the content and software as they become commercially available,
• Ignite! will provide classroom materials that programmatically prescribes systematic usage,
• Ignite! will provide initial training as required and ongoing telephone support during working hours, and
• Ignite! will ship new COW components as required to keep the COW functioning.

School The principal in charge of leading the School will encourage and support the use of this COW with
enthusiasm and the teachers who are the primary caretakers of the COW will promise to nurture, to milk,
and to otherwise optimize the use of this COW in their classroom(s). Prior to agreeing to ship the COW
Ignite! will pre-qualify School as a viable home by assessing the commitment to optimize the use of the
COW. On a separate piece of paper please describe the Implementation Plan including the name(s) of the
teacher(s) that will use the COW, the specific subject(s) being taught, the anticipated schedule for use,
the curriculum integration plan, and the results you hope to achieve.
