Counsel of record in charge for Defendants RTC and Miscavige has changed law firms,
and Defendants RTC and Miscavige have requested that counsel of record continue to represent
them in this matter. Consequently, Defendants RTC and Miscavige request that the law firm of
Haynes and Boone, L.L.P. be allowed to withdraw as counsel of record and that it be discharged.
