3/4/2010 537 Main St Alarm sounded at location. Canvass of area found all to be in order.
Alarm was reset.
3/6/2010 625 Main St Carbon Monoxide Alarm sounded at location. R/O and Super entered
apartment, the super fixed the alarm and apartment was locked and
secured.

3/25/2010 F/O 543 Main St Disabled bus at location. Traffic was safely directed. Driver corrected
condition and drove away.

DISPUTES (VERBAL)
3/4/2010 540 Main St R/O while on scene at listed location requested additional units for an
ongoing verbal dispute. Victim stated ongoing problem that several
youths were harassing her son and they threatened physical violence.
NYPD refused and parties went their separate ways.

3/8/2010 688 Main St Parking garage advised motorist refused to pay owed funds. Upon arrival
motorist left the scene. Motorist was located and stopped. Motorist
returned with the vehicle and was advised the vehicle must stay at
location until the matter is resolved and the fee is paid.
3/11/2010 546 Main St Victim stated she wanted subject escorted out of her apartment. Both
subject and victim were intoxicated. Victim was advised to stop letting
subject into her apartment on a regular basis.
3/11/2010 560 Main St Party #1 requested officer at location having a verbal dispute with Party #2
over a laundry machine. Party #2 apologized and left the location.

3/11/2010 546 Main St Victim stated he wanted his roommate removed from apartment due to
non-payment of rent. Subject could not provide proper documentation to
prove she resided at said location and was asked to leave.

3/14/2010 575 Main St Two males arguing over a bronze statue. Party #2 claimed he bought it in
1993 and Party #1 claims it was given to him as collateral for a loan. Loan
was never paid and Party #1 kept it as payment. NYPD requested on
scene. NYPD Officer gave party #2 time to produce proof of purchase.

3/20/2010 546 Main St Victim states that male subject continually comes to her apartment
attempting to mend their previous relations. Victim does not want subject
harassing her. Search of area for subject yielded negative results. Victim
advised to notify PSD immediately if subject returns.
3/21/2010 425 Main St Victim and unknown male disputing over alleged stolen jewelry. Victim
did not want to pursue the matter and both parties left the location.

3/24/2010 555 Main St Officers responded to location for report of a fight in progress. Upon
arrival both parties were involved in a dispute over a phone. Parties left
the location without incident.
3/25/2010 R/O 851 Main St R/O responded to scene of two males arguing over who would take the
beach chairs placed in the dumpster. Matter resolved with no further
incident. No injuries to report.
3/26/2010 645 Main St Two youths involved in escalated horseplay at location during a basketball
game involving parents of youths. No injuries and NYPD refused. Youth
Office to follow up.
3/30/2010 540 Main St Reporter notified PSD of dispute between male and female. R/O on scene
escorted female to subway who refused to make a statement. No injuries
to report.
3/30/2010 400 Main St Dispute between two parties over a cell phone. Both parties went there
separate ways with no injuries to report.

3/14/2010 455 Main St Victim stated she wanted her son removed from the premises due to an
ongoing substance abuse problem. Son was escorted out of the
apartment to stay with relatives.
3/19/2010 540 Main St Victim requested escort to her apartment due to an ongoing harassment
issue. Victim was also escorted on another occasion.

3/1/2010 560 Main St Unattended dog in hallway. R/O brought dog into PSD and owner came to
retrieve dog.
3/2/2010 580 Main St Found black Nokia cell phone. Property secured at PSD.
3/2/2010 Opp 400 Main St Men's bicycle was chained at unauthorized location. Bicycle was taken to
PSD. Owner contacted PSD to report missing. Owner will come to retrieve
his property.
3/4/2010 540 Main St Found gold bracelet at location. Property secured at PSD.
3/9/2010 684 Main St Found Iphone on bus. Owner called his cell phone and came into PSD
later in the day to retrieve it.
3/10/2010 F/O 645 Main St Found black folder containing various ID cards and paperwork. Owner
contacted and will come into PSD to retrieve his property.
3/14/2010 544 Main St Found wallet at location. Owner contacted and came into PSD to retrieve
it.
3/16/2010 Main St Tan pouch found containing keys, library card and metro card. No
identification found. Owner came in to retrieve her property later in the
day.
3/16/2010 500 Main St Found wallet at location containing various ID/Credit cards. Property
secured at PSD.
3/18/2010 Main St Brown wristlet found at location. No identification contained. Property
secured at PSD.
3/19/2010 F/O 682 Main St Found bag containing various items of clothing. Owner contacted PSD
that she will be in house to pick up property. Property secured at PSD.

3/21/2010 546 Main St Found identification cards in stairwell of location with regard to a past
burglary. Property was returned to victim.
3/23/2010 625 Main St Found phone on Bus at location. Phone turned into PSD. Owner
contacted and came in to retrieve property.
3/25/2010 543 Main St Found Silver Ipod. Item secured at PSD.
3/26/2010 560 Main St Found folding bike with fanny pack containing bike tools attached.
Property secured at PSD.
3/31/2010 645 Main St Found cell phone. Property secured at PSD.

GAS LEAK
3/28/2010 546 Main St Gas leak at location from stove. Building maintenance on scene to correct
the condition.
3/30/2010 400 Main St FDNY on scene for a smell of gas leak. FDNY reports everything in order
and no gas leak present.

HAZARDOUS CONDITION
3/1/2010 Various Locations R/O observed lights out along the areas of Manhattan Park, West Seawall
and Blackwell Park. Engineering notified.
3/1/2010 504 Main St Downed tree branch at location. No injuries to report. Grounds personnel
notified to correct condition.
3/1/2010 Opp 405 Main St Con Edison employee requested man hole be cautioned off while
performing work. Engineering was notified to keep man hole open to vent
until work is completed.
3/5/2010 Various Locations Lights out island wide. Con Edison working on correcting the condition.
3/10/2010 580 Main St Elevator stuck between floors at location. Building management notified
and on scene to correct the condition. No passengers were in the
elevator.
3/14/2010 100 Main St R/O observed fallen tree at location due to high winds which landed on
fence and took down electrical line. Tree was blocking pedestrian and
vehicle roadway. Grounds notified of condition. No injuries.

3/15/2010 688-888 Main St Lights out island wide due to high winds from storm. Con Edison working
on condition.
3/18/2010 10 River Rd R/O responded to report of rocks being thrown from terrace. Upon
investigation it was from a three year old boy. Mother was warned of
hazardous condition.
3/19/2010 R/O 505 Main St Three youths observed at location walking on the rocks. All youths were
taken to PSD where their parents were notified and picked them up.

3/20/2010 R/O 540 Main St Reporter notified PSD of an uncovered storm drain. Photos taken and
grounds notified to correct the condition.
3/25/2010 510 Main St Ceiling tile with light fixture attached observed hanging from the ceiling.
Building management notified and corrected the condition.

3/30/2010 750-688 Main St Several lights out observed along route of listed location. Grounds
notified for condition to be corrected.

INVESTIGATIONS (NON-CRIM.)
3/2/2010 Bet 400 & 425 Main StVictim stated he had been robbed at gun point by two unknown males at
location. MTA station agent stated victim requested access to the train but
was denied, but never stated he had been robbed. Station agent and fruit
stand owner did not witness any altercation. Search for wallet and
subjects by NYPD and PSD yielded negative results.

3/2/2010 F/O 540 Main St Victim stated he exited cab and gave cab driver his wallet as security in
order to go to his apartment to obtain cash to pay the fare. Upon his
return the cab driver was gone. NYPD took report and advised to go to
115 pct where all lost items are turned in.
3/3/2010 900 Main St Ambulance reported stuck in grass area. Tow truck called to remove
ambulance.
3/4/2010 546 Main St Victim stated an associate of a friend borrowed his Ipod and left location
taking the Ipod without his permissions. NYPD refused at this time.
Victim stated he will try to obtain property on his own.
3/4/2010 540 Main St R/O noticed EMS bus at location. Victim stated her son refused to go to
school so she called 911. Youth left the scene upon R/O's arrival. No
NYPD report made.
3/5/2010 686 Main St Reporter stated he was in the middle of the crosswalk when a vehicle
came to an abrupt stop. Reporter stated he will make a request to RIOC
for a stop sign at location.
3/7/2010 40 River Rd Reporter stated tenant left her luggage at location unattended and when
she returned it was missing. Upon investigation tenant was jet lagged and
tired and went to wrong floor. Luggage was found at the correct location.

3/8/2010 645 Main St NYPD Detective arrived at PSD to report a female claims she was abducted
by a male and female on 3/1. Ongoing investigation.
3/9/2010 550 Main St Loud crash was heard at location. Upon investigation a bird (woodpecker)
had crashed into the window. Bird was taken to ASPCA.

3/9/2010 560 Main St Two male youths tried to sneak up on victim and his father. Words were
exchanged and the harassment continued. Youths were brought to PSD.
Both parents were contacted and advised of the situation. Youths were
released to their parents.
3/9/2010 580 Main St Victim stated every morning and evening there is strong smell of
marijuana in her bedroom. Search for origin of smell yielded negative
results. Victim was advised to contact building management.
3/10/2010 540 Main St NYPD Detective arrived at PSD to report an ongoing investigation
regarding a tenant who resides at location. Detective spoke with Super
regarding the matter.
3/11/2010 560 Main St Reporter requested PSD at location for unknown subject trying to break
into an empty apartment on her floor. Super on scene. Apartment was
checked for subject with negative results.
3/11/2010 F/O 645 Main St PSD at location to verify work order. All paperwork in order and no traffic
build up during work performed.
3/12/2010 686 Main St Victim stated she was making a purchase and there was a dispute with the
change. Store manager was uncooperative.
3/14/2010 560 Main St Victim reported someone had banged on her door very hard. R/O on
scene and searched area for subject. No damage to door. Victim stated it
was the first time this occurred.
3/15/2010 504 Main St Reporter entered PSD to report three male youths throwing rocks at
windows of location. Youths were transported to PSD and parents were
notified. Parents came in to pick up their children.
3/18/2010 543 Main St Female resident contacted PSD to complain about the lateness of the Red
Bus. Bus Supervisor notified.
3/18/2010 560 Main St Reporter states on 3/16/10 a male youth was seen setting her door mat on
fire. Reporter states she will obtain more information for the Youth
Officer.
3/19/2010 625 Main St Smell of illegal substance observed at location as well as ashes from
cigarettes. Search of area conducted for subjects yielded negative results.

3/20/2010 North Town Park Reporter observed male youth fondling himself in the park. Youth was
asked to leave the park by reporter. Reporter came into PSD with a picture
he took of the incident and made a statement.
3/21/2010 F/O 425 Main St Reporter (Bus Driver) stated unknown male dropped moist cereal on the
floor of bus. When reporter questioned male about the mess male used
profanity and exited the bus. Search of area for subject yielded negative
results. Bus taken out of service for cleaning.
3/24/2010 550 Main St Reporter came into PSD upset with regard to her son's safety. Ongoing
dispute between two youths. Mother has since sent her son away for a
few weeks and is worried that problems will ensue upon her son's return.

3/24/2010 510 Main St Reporter stated a group of people hang out at location and urinate in
stairwell causing odor. R/O advised area will be monitored.
3/25/2010 540 Main St Reporter came into PSD to file a report of a past incident involving a
dispute with another male resident resulting in the reporter being charged
with criminal mischief. This is an ongoing incident and reporter wanted
his statement on file.
3/26/2010 688 Main St Victim stated he believes persons unknown have been tampering with his
vehicle. Tires have been flattened several times in the past.

3/28/2010 625 Main St Five unmarked police vehicles at location. NYPD refused to give
information. Warrant was executed. NYPD Detectives stated will notify of
situation at a later time.
3/28/2010 300 Main St FDNY and PSD on scene for a report of foul odor and possible chemical
spill. FDNY Lt. deemed condition unfounded.
3/29/2010 455 Main St Water coming out of two unknown metal plates. Building management
notified. Two cones were placed around the area until condition can be
corrected.
3/30/2010 556 Main St Reporter stated she witnessed two unknown males jump a fence to gain
access to an empty apartment. Upon investigation it appeared people
were living in the vacant apartment. Apartment was secured by PSD.
Ongoing investigation.
3/30/2010 560 Main St Reporter advised unknown individual had repeatedly pounded on her door
ringing the bell and fleeing the location. Search of area for subject yielded
negative results. Reporter advised to never open her door and to advise
PSD if this incident occurs again.
3/31/2010 580 Main St While on routine patrol R/O observed three male youths in hallway of
location. Upon approach youths entered fled the scene and ran into an
apartment. Search of tenants name yielded negative results.

3/10/2010 546 Main St Victim advised PSD she was locked out of her apartment. Building
management contacted to gain access. Valid identification was obtained
prior to entrance.
LOST/MISSING PROPERTY
3/10/2010 549 Main St Reporter stated she lost a black cell phone valued at $125. Cell phone last
scene at location. NYPD refused. Search of area yielded negative results.

3/15/2010 Main St Victim stated she lost her wallet either at Sports Park or on the Red Bus.
Buses notified to search for wallet with negative results. Sports Park
personnel also searched with negative results. Victim advised to contact
credit card companies to cancel her cards.
3/16/2010 524 Main St Victim stated her razor scooter was missing from location. Search of area
yielded negative results.
3/18/2010 Main St Lost money clip possibly on RIOC bus containing $11 as well as an ATM
card. Search of area conducted with negative results.
3/18/2010 563 Main St Reporter stated he left his bicycle unsecured outside of location and upon
his return the bicycle was missing. PSD received an anonymous call that
the bicycle was seen taken from location and in the residence of tenant of
510 Main St. Officers went to residence and upon investigation the bicycle
did not belong to the party. The bicycle was returned to victim. Victim did
not want to press charges and refused NYPD.

3/30/2010 Red Bus Reporter lost cell phone on the red bus. Bus Supervisor stated no cell
phone was turned in.

POSSIBLE ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE


3/6/2010 580 Main St Reporter requested PSD at location for smell of marijuana. R/O confirmed
smell in two bedrooms and bathroom. Tenant states smell is coming from
neighbors apartment.
3/16/2010 580 Main St Reporter requested Officer on scene for a smell of a noxious odor which
she believes to be marijuana. R/O did confirm smell on scene.

3/23/2010 580 Main St Reporter requested Officer on scene at location for a chronic odor of
illegal substance coming into her apartment. R/O smelled light scent of a
sweet cigar, but could not locate origin.
3/27/2010 580 Main St R/O responded to call of smell of illegal substance. Several reports have
been generated with regard to this matter. Building management notified
of possible location.
3/28/2010 555 Main St Reporter entered PSD to report smell of illegal substance coming into her
apartment. Upon investigation smell of substance was present but origin
was unfounded.

PROPERTY DAMAGE (NON-CRIM)


3/1/2010 688 Main St R/O observed vehicle with shattered window. Owner contacted and stated
it happened off island.
3/5/2010 Adj 510 Main St Truck stuck under overpass of location causing property damage. Truck
was assisted in exiting and was issued summons for driving on the
sidewalk.
3/15/2010 S/O 200 Main St R/O observed RIOC facilities personnel and MTA personnel at location.
Lock needed to be cut due to it being bent by high winds from the storm.
MTA personnel needed to get into the substation. Lock was cut and
replaced with a new one.
3/19/2010 581 Main St Piece of steel fell from 59 St bridge onto court #4 at the Racquet Club. No
injuries sustained. Damage to court. DOT responded and will correct the
condition.
3/28/2010 F/O 531 Main St Victim entered PSD to file a report for damage to her vehicle while parked
at location.
3/30/2010 688 Main St Reporter stated upon arrival to his vehicle paint was chipped on the back
and someone had kicked in the door on the driver side.

RECOVERED PROPERTY
3/5/2010 888 Main St R/O responded to location for recovered property. Subject was riding
bicycle which belonged to owner of local pizza shop. Subject was
mirandized and brought into PSD. Subject was very cooperative and
released.

SMOKE ALARMS / CONDITION / FIRE


3/6/2010 551 Main St FDNY on location due to burned rug inside of stove. FDNY extinguished
flames. No property damage or injuries.
3/18/2010 560 Main St Upon arrival of report of fire alarm smoke was observed due to burnt food
at residence. Windows opened in hallway. No injuries or property
damage.
3/31/2010 281 Main St
Report of smoke at location. Reporter stated it was coming from burned
food in the microwave. No injuries or property damage to report.

SHOPLIFTING

UNSECURED (VEH / PREMISE)


3/1/2010 688 Main St Vehicles driver side window observed down. All appeared to be in order.
Central Parking notified, but no record of vehicle owner on file.

3/12/2010 510 Main St Victim stated he left his bicycle unsecured in front of his apartment. When
he returned it was missing. Search of Island for bicycle yielded negative
results.
3/14/2010 536 Main St R/O observed patio door and fence unsecured at location. Upon
investigation premise was in disarray. Additional units requested on
scene. Handyman of building on scene and advised tenants just moved
out of apartment. Doors were secured by handyman.
3/18/2010 560 Main St Super found door ajar with chain attached. Several attempts were made to
knock on door. Chain was removed by Super. Tenant was in apartment in
a deep sleep. Door was secured by Super.
3/22/2010 250 Main St Door at location observed ajar and propped open. Search for
unauthorized individuals yielded negative results. Door was secured and
Managers notified.

VEHICLE ACCIDENT
3/4/2010 571 Main St Victim stated person hit her car causing damage and left a note with a first
name and telephone number apologizing and requesting to exchange
information. Victim will try to contact on her own. Victim refused NYPD at
this time.
3/8/2010 F/O 546 Main St R/O observed vehicle #1 overtake vehicle #2. Upon re-entering traffic
vehicle #1 struck vehicle #2 on drivers side. No injuries. NYPD on scene
for report. Driver of vehicle #1 issued summons for unsafe passing.

VISITATION (CHILD CUSTODY)

WATER LEAK
3/10/2010 625 Main St Flood condition at location due to clogged kitchen sink. Water flooded
kitchen, living room and hallway. Maintenance on scene to correct and
clean up the condition.
3/11/2010 546 Main St Building handyman reports water running and overflowing from apartment
leaking into the apartment underneath. Tenant is deaf and was not
responding to the door. Door was opened and condition was corrected.
Tenant was sleeping and in good condition.

NOISE
3/12/2010 540 Main St Several tenants of location contacted PSD to complain of youths in
hallway making noise. Upon arrival youths entered apartment. R/O
knocked on the door and male youth stated his mother was not at home.
R/O advised him a noise complaint report would be generated and
management would contact his mother.
3/20/2010 551 Main St Reporter requested Officer to location for a loud party. Upon arrival R/O
did not hear any extraordinary loud noises coming from location other
than people speaking and music at a reasonable level.

3/27/2010 580 Main St Victim states noise coming from apartment at all hours of the night.
Victim has complained in the past.
3/29/2010 540 Main St Victim states group of teens making noise at location. Upon arrival youths
present were not making any noise just passing through location. Area
monitored throughout the tour.

3/15/2010 556 Main St
R/O on scene for call of unknown person in empty apartment. Apartment
was search with negative results for subject. Apartment contained
furniture and clothing left from previous tenants. Rear patio door found
unsecured as well as back room window. Apartment was secured.
3/15/2010 556 Main St
ARREST Super requested PSD on scene to enter vacant apartment due to
complaints of youths at location unlawfully. Upon entering subject was
found sleeping on the floor. Subject stated his mother used to live at
location and moved to a new location leaving him homeless. Subject was
taken into custody and transported to 114 pct for processing.
3/30/2010 556 Main St Reporter stated male inside vacant apartment. Upon arrival subjects fled
the apartment via the back gate. Subject identified and will check
apartment again to apprehend subject.
3/30/2010 556 Main St PSD Officers responded to location for possible trespassers of vacant
apartment. Rear patio door and rear bedroom window found unsecured
and evidence of persons living at location. Rear patio door was secured
and all doors and windows were secured.
3/31/2010 4 River Rd. B-Stairs ARREST Officers responded to location of five subjects inside stairwell of
location unlawfully. All subjects were taken into custody and brought into
PSD. Search of subject #1 revealed possession of marijuana. All subjects
issued summonses and released.

HARASSMENT
3/5/2010 540 Main St R/O arrived at location and spoke with two victims. Both stated group of
youths threatened physical harm to both of them and one of the victims
sons. Youth Officer on scene to begin an investigation.

3/8/2010 20 River Rd Two males at group home involved in a dispute. Social worker advised
one male left the scene. Search of area for male yielded negative results.
NYPD on scene. No injuries. EMS refused. Male had gone to school.

3/10/2010 550 Main St Victim stated subject punched her in the chest. No visible bruises. Victim
refused EMS. NYPD on scene to take report.
3/13/2010 540 Main St Victim stated four male youths threatened her physically and caused her
to fear for her safety. Search of area for youths yielded negative results.

3/17/2010 520 Main St Reporter stated that subject was at location and does not want him to
come into the store anymore due to previous harassment issues.
3/18/2010 540 Main St Reporter stated she heard two males outside making threatening
statements against her. This is an ongoing harassment issue. NYPD
refused.
3/23/2010 F/O 540 Main St Victim and reporter entered PSD to report harassment by male youth.
Reporter states youth is making threatening statements. NYPD on scene
to file a report.
3/27/2010 560 Main St Reporter stated female subject threatened her daughter. Mother and
daughter advised to notify PSD immediately if subject approaches them
again.
3/27/2010 555 Main St Victim stated youths playing with skate boards at location and asked them
to make way for her to pass while exiting. Father of youths began yelling
at her and flailing his arms very close to her. Victim states this is not the
first incident between the two parties.
3/28/2010 F/O 579 Main St Victim entered PSD to report an incident involving male youth that
happened on 3/25 where subject took her grandchildren's book bags and
threw them on the ground.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
3/21/2010 550 Main St Male youth entered PSD using profanity towards Officers and began to
engage in disruptive behavior. Youth was escorted outside by Officer.
While outside youth obstructed entrance way to PSD Office as well as
obstructing pedestrian traffic. Subject refused to comply with lawful
orders and subject fled the scene. R/O pursued youth, but lost visual
contact. R/O spoke to youth's guardian and advised PSD Youth Officer
would be contacting her for an appointment to discuss youth's behavior.
3/21/2010 540 Main St Three male youths observed at location throwing dirt as passing cars. R/O
attempted to stop youths, but they fled the scene. Youths are known to
Officer's. R/O spoke to youth's Mother and advised the Youth Officer
would be contacting her for an appointment with regard to youth's
behavior.
3/23/2010 540 Main St ARREST Subject was asked to move from location by NYPD Officer as he
was blocking pedestrian traffic. Subject began to question the authority of
the NYPD Officer and was brought into PSD and issued a summons.
Subjects Mother who appeared to be intoxicated entered PSD screaming
and using profanity towards PSD Officers.

3/26/2010 R/O 475 Main St ARREST Victim stated three subjects left location without paying their
food bill. Subjects were detained. Subject #2 paid the amount owed while
subject #1 became disorderly and belligerent to officers. Subject #1 was
placed under arrest and issued summons. All subjects were then
released.

DOMESTIC DISPUTE
3/11/2010 580 Main St Party #1 and Party #2 were involved in a dispute regarding a high cell
phone bill which Party #2 incurred. Party #1 stated Party #2 mother
threatened her and her brother with physical harm stating her daughter
would not pay the bill. Party #1 will bring a copy of the bill in for proof.

3/12/2010 531 Main St


Husband and wife disputing over money and identification missing from
husband's pants pocket. Husband became very angry in the apartment
stating the nephew who lives at location stole it. R/O on scene and spoke
to wife and nephew. Husband did not witness any theft. NYPD refused.
3/12/2010 625 Main St Verbal dispute between male and female who have joint custody over their
child. Male became verbally abusive during a conversation and female
asked him to leave her apartment. Upon arrival male exited the apartment.
NYPD refused.
3/14/2010 560 Main St R/O on scene responding to NYPD at location for a domestic dispute.
Mother and daughter involved in a dispute over daughter spending the
night out. NYPD advised daughter to spend the night at a friends house
until the Mother could calm down.
3/19/2010 546 Main St
Reporter (sister) states subject (brother) is living at parents house and she
would like to have him removed as he is causing a disturbance to her
parents. Reporter will resolve the situation with building management.

OTHER VIOLATIONS
3/2/2010 405 Main St Victim stated to R/O subject almost ran her dog over with his car. Vehicle
parked illegally and was issued summons.
3/6/2010 405 Main St ARREST Building manager contacted PSD to report video of tenant
throwing garbage around hallway and party room on walls and on floor.
Upon investigation tenant/subject stated he was drunk and apologized.
Tenant/subject issued summons for littering.
3/8/2010 550 Main St Cab driver advised subject tried to evade the cab fare. R/O proceeded to
location to arrest subject and found him in the stairwell. Subject became
belligerent and disorderly. Upon attempting to place subject under arrest
he became compliant and paid the fare. Subject was released.

3/9/2010 555 Main St ARREST Subject observed urinating in public. Subject brought into PSD
issued summons and released.
3/11/2010 546 Main St ARREST Subject observed with open container. Subject brought into
PSD, issued summons and released.
3/11/2010 F/O 540 Main St Subject observed making an illegal u-turn. Upon car stop subject was
unable to produce a license and insurance card was invalid. Valid
insurance and license information was faxed to PSD. Subject issued
summonses and released.
3/18/2010 20 River Rd ARREST Subject observed disorderly and spitting at location. Subject
was issued summons and released.
3/20/2010 R/O 900 Main St ARREST Subject observed with open container. Subject brought into
PSD, issued summons and released.
3/20/2010 F/O 688 Main St ARREST Subject observed urinating in public. Subject brought into PSD
issued summons and released.
3/24/2010 F/O 625 Main St Motorist was stopped by R/O after failing to yield to pedestrian. Motorist
did not have insurance card or valid drivers license in his possession.
Vehicle was parked and motorist taken into PSD to verify valid insurance
and license information. All information was validated, motorist issued
summons and released.
3/28/2010 F/O 524 Main St Motorist observed making illegal u-turn. Upon stop motorist became
argumentative and drove away. Motorist was stopped again and upon
investigation did not have her driver's license. Unknown female
approached vehicle and handed driver her purse with all pertinent
information contained. Motorist was warned and admonished.

AGG. HARASSMENT
3/26/2010 20 River Rd Reporter stated unknown male constantly calling him to say that he won a
sweepstakes and to send him money for the taxes. Reporter also advised
unknown male has stated he will come to reporters residence. Concierge
notified to screen all visitors.

PETIT LARCENY
3/10/2010 455 Main St Victim reported stolen bicycle at location. Search of area yielded negative
results.
3/14/2010 549 Main St Victim reported his wallet was stolen while inside location. Search of area
for wallet yielded negative results. Victim will notify NYPD.
3/29/2010 36th Ave & 11 St Que Reporter was visiting at location and unknown person stole both license
plates from his vehicle. NYPD responded and took report.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
3/1/2010 560 Main St R/O observed hole in the wall at location. Search for subject yielded
negative results. Super notified.
3/2/2010 540 Main St Victim stated unknown male kicked her door in and spit on her door.
Pictures taken and building handyman on scene. Door will be fixed on
next business day.
3/4/2010 540 Main St Victim stated unknown person tampered with her door lock. Screws are
loose. Victim stated this happened before. NYPD requested and took
report.
3/6/2010 580 Main St R/O observed window with a large crack in it at location. Search of area
for subjects yielded negative results. Building services taped the window
until condition can be corrected.
3/8/2010 504 Main St R/O observed several broken windows at location. Several rocks were
found on the floor. Search for subjects yielded negative results.

3/9/2010 540 Main St Victim stated door was bent back by the lock and was not in that condition
upon leaving for work for the day. Victim refused NYPD. Building
management notified of condition.
3/11/2010 504 Main St Two broken windows observed at location. Rocks found in the vicinity of
broken windows. Search of area yielded negative results for subject.

3/14/2010 540 Main St Victim reported peanut butter was smudged on her door.
3/19/2010 Adj. 888 Main St Reporter stated she observed approximately 10 youths knock over
vending machine at location. Upon arrival R/O observed knocked over
vending machine and searched area for subjects with negative results.
Reporter stated she did not know the names of the youths.

3/24/2010 605 Main St Shattered glass door observed at location. After search of area a brick
was noticed as the cause of damage. No items were taken. Door was
boarded up by building maintenance. Search of area for subjects yielded
negative results.
3/30/2010 Opp 888 Main St Vending machine observed turned over by unknown subjects. Second
time this incident occurred. Condition corrected.

OTHER MISDEMEANORS
3/16/2010 R/O 500 Main St ARREST Victim requested PSD at location for past incident. Victim stated
while walking home subject #1 threatened her life. Victim feared for her
safety as this is an ongoing issue. Officers found subject #1 at location
and placed him into custody. While at PSD subject #2 tried to enter
without permission. Subject #2 became combative and disorderly and
was placed into custody as well. Subject #3 came into PSD and stated he
had a dispute with victim's son and punched a hole through a glass
window injuring himself. Subjects #1 and #2 were transported to NYPD for
processing. Subject #3 was transported to hospital for injuries and upon
release transported to NYPD for processing.
3/26/2010 619 Main St NYPD ARREST Reporter requested PSD Officers at location to detain
subject until NYPD arrived on scene and took subject into custody for
check fraud.

ASSAULT
3/9/2010 O/P 550 Main St ARREST While speaking with victims parents two youths were engaged in
a dispute with victim's cousins. Two youths (subject #1 and #2) left area
and returned with a large group consisting of about 20 people. The verbal
dispute escalated to a physical altercation. Victim was slashed in the
chest with a screwdriver. Victim's father (subject #3) became involved in
altercation yielding a bat. Subject #1 and #2 were placed under arrest as
well as subject #3 and brought to central booking for processing. Several
NYPD units on scene to assist in arrests.

3/14/2010 580 Main St ARREST Son of victim entered PSD to report subject and mother were
involved in a dispute. Upon arrival subject was advised to return to her
apartment. Subject left and returned and struck victim in face, arm and
neck area causing bruising, swelling and pain. Subject taken into
custody.
3/30/2010 576 Main St ARREST While on patrol R/O observed a fight in progress outside a taxi
cab at location. Victim stated subject was intoxicated and prior to
entering his cab had injuries to his face as subject admitted to being in a
prior fight with his brother. Subject was disorderly and was taken into
custody and transported to hospital to tend to his injuries. Mother of
subject came into PSD to pick up his belongings.

BURGLARY
3/14/2010 540 Main St While on vertical patrol R/O observed door ajar at location and advised
tenant to secure her door. Later on victim reported subjects in her
apartment. Upon being discovered they fled the scene. Victim advised
cash and identification cards were taken. Drivers license and other
identification were later found at other locations. NYPD on scene to take a
report.
3/28/2010 580 Main St NYPD ARREST NYPD Detectives notified PSD of pending arrest at
location and required assistance. Subject was apprehended by PSD
Officers and taken into custody by NYPD Detectives.

ROBBERY
3/25/2010 200 Main St Victim came into PSD to report a past robbery inside the ward of location.
Victim states hospital police would not help. Victim sustained injuries
from subject. NYPD on scene.
3/26/2010 560 Main St Victim stated two unknown male subjects pushed him to the ground and
took food order totaling $74.15. Subjects gave address of vacant
apartment. NYPD on scene to file a report.
3/29/2010 Off Island NYPD Transit Police stopped R/O to advise unknown female was robbed
on the F Train and subject exited at RI station. All Units made search with
negative results.
