HANDICAP INDEX: A verified handicap index is required for all competitors. You may participate without a verified index but you will not be
eligible for awards. Tournament handicaps will be based on August 1, 2016 indexes.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to combine flights based on registration numbers.

WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES

USGFR golf events are expensive. Heres how your registration fees are spent:
GOLFERS: Two or three days of golf, range, carts, bag storage and pro shop tournament services. opening night reception, Chuck Wagon
Buffet, Awards dinner, tournament awards, hospitality room, hospitality room refreshments, printing, postage, entertainment, welcome bags
and contents, name tags, transportation and other miscellaneous expenses.
NON-GOLFERS: Opening night reception, Chuck Wagon Buffet, Awards dinner, hospitality room, hospitality room refreshments, printing,
postage, entertainment, welcome bags and contents, name tags, transportation and other miscellaneous expenses.

HOTEL REGISTRATION
You are responsible for reserving your room at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya.

The room rate is $155 per night plus taxes and resort fees. This rate is guaranteed through August 26, 2016 After this date, rooms are
subject to availability and our group rate is not guaranteed, so PLEASE RESERVE YOUR ROOM EARLY.

CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellations received by June 15, 2016 will receive a full refund less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations received by July 15, 2016 will
receive a full refund less a $150 cancellation charge. Cancellations cannot be accepted after July 16, 2015.
