CAREER OBJECTIVE
To acquire a challenging human resources management position where my wide experience and

CAREER SUMMARY
Professional career started from Beximco & worked around two years with the HR department &
dealing Group & Project-HR related matters. During my service tenure, I successfully finished two
projects with the collaboration of HYUNDAI. Now, I'm working at Pacific Jeans Ltd, CEPZ &
monitoring 700 750 workers attached production line. Workforce recruitment, performance
evaluation, payroll management, maintains legal compliance, general administration & workforce
development are main duties of mine.
EXPERIENCE

Executive, HR & Admin. Department
From September, 2014 to October, 2015 (1 year approx.)
Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruit employee to fill up manpower gap in the production line.


Assess employees submitted documents for recruitment & ensure actual document is
submitted.
Conduct orientation program & brief new employees about organization rules and policies.
Maintain employee's personal files and input their data to HRIS software.
Maintain and update daily attendance and employee leave related data.
Prepare daily absence report of around 10000 and more workforces with proper explanation.
Monthly Payroll Management and overtime calculation of the factory.
Shifting certain worker at night in the HRIS software & ensure their food & bill payments.
Ensure the workers and staffs incentives, if they gain certain productivity level.
Provide information to supervisor for final settlement of workers and staffs.
Handling disciplinary matters, legal affairs, employee grievance & industrial relations issues.
Drafting disciplinary letters like show cause, termination letter etc.
Receiving information of lost & damage ID cards & act as per company policy.
Handle safety related issues & ensure proper implementation of the HR policies & procedure.
Provide basic counseling to staffs and worker about their performance related matters
Perform weekend & holiday duties as per companys need.

Beximco Group (Corporate Office)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate, negotiate & liaise with advertising agencies about service fee, advertisement etc.
Call candidates, arrange interview, and prepare relative documents as instructed.
Maintain CV bank for potential candidates.
Assist in conducting TNA and Training evaluation process.
Arrange & conduct orientation program & brief new employees about organization policies.
Make necessary arrangement for training programs, workshops, & HR related events.
Coordinate the appraising system & prepare necessary documents.

Assist management to estimate probable manpower budget for current & future project.
Carry forward any HR related order from top management to project personnel.
Review project staffs contract period & prepare necessary paper.
Check monthly attendance & leave record of project personnel.
Check & place Projects monthly salary & overtime sheets to supervisor.
Handle grievance issues for non management staffs.
Report to top management about project personnel work activities.
Review project security and safety matters.
