Winter brings lots of Ama toxic waste to
our body because of low level of
metabolism. Panchakarma
Panchakarma detox therapies helps to
eliminate Ama and keeps the channels
open.
Abhyanga massage, and Swedana
steam bath is mandatory to bring back lowered
metabolism. It lubricates and mobilize the
Ama waste.
