Ayurveda as a lifestyle
Ayurveda as a healthcare practice is more involved
in our lives as a lifestyle regimen. Knowingly or
unknowingly we practice Ayurveda in our lives in
different levels. For an example if we simply take
fresh ginger juice with honey for indigestion, right
there you are practicing Ayurveda!!

What?
To reduce Vatas brute effect due to extreme cold
weather, Ayurveda recommends customized
Pancha-karma detox regimen.
Why?
Winter is predominant with cold, and dry qualities.
This increases Vata energy which leads to pain and
stiffness in joints and cracked, scaly skin, mood
variations etc. Body temperature draws down to
inner part of the body because of harsh winter
weather.
What winter does to your body?
Winter brings lots of Ama toxic waste to our body
because of low level of metabolism. Panchakarma
detox therapies helps to eliminate Ama and keeps
the channels open.
