deposits, mortgages and home equity lines of credit. National City mortgage is credited for doing the first

OPRAS is a Web-based product, which provides a solution to Risk Management and Auditing in Banks
and other Financial Organizations. The system is a thin-client providing user interface for both Risk
Management and Audit. Risk Management would contain screens for Master entries, reviews and for
viewing the same. Audit module would contain screens for defining, scheduling and executing the
scheduled Audits. Each Audit can have associated audit items namely risks and controls that are to be
audited. This module supports two types of reporting, one being the on screen reports and the other in a
PDF format.
OPRAS is also equipped with an Email server, which would notify the auditors about the scheduled audits
pending and the Control authors about the expiry of Controls.
