Bruce Lee said once that "self-conquest is the greatest of victories. Mighty is
he who conquers himself."
What he aimed at is quite understandable and esteemed pretty much!
Conquering ones own self prior to or without even conquering the
opponent is all about defeating negativities and freeing the self from
obstacles that hinder its growth towards fulfillment and satisfaction.
Yet, such instructional and pedagogical attitude belongs to ancient
primitive thinking based somehow on the dualism of forces in life such as
good and evil, yang and yin, Yazdan and Ahriman, God and Satan, or
positivity and negativity in general.
In Realism, especially the Transcendental Realism based on the dynamicity
of the monistic reality, theres merely positivity out there, while negativities
arent but immature and undeveloped or inapt and insufficient positivities
in factity.
Hence, dealing with negativities of any kind and source wont be a realistic
reasonable approach but only if negativities are dealt with as mere

Jay Inslee wondered once about what is a fish without a river? What is a
bird without a tree to nest in?
Thats quite thoughtful and sentient!
However, I wonder more about what would be fish and river as well as bird,
nest and tree without life?!
What would life be without reality?!
What would reality be without factity?!
What would factity be without being?!
All what we touch in life of realities in factity aint but the abundant
diversity of the beauty and majesty of being.
Jerome K. Jerome said once that an aching head soon makes one forget an
aching heart.
The mind what is meant by the head here - is weaker than the heart in
realistic approaches especially the anthroposophical.

Bruce Lee said once that defeat is a state of mind. No one will be defeated
unless the loss is accepted as a reality.
How realistic and shrewd he was indeed!
In Transcendental Realism, defeat belongs to the row of negativities
formulated by the mental power of cognition as virtual codes and symbols
pointing at certain unfinished positivities in reality detected and realized
exclusively by the human nous, the ultimate level of the human reality.
Defeat hence reveals a certain unfinished, unfulfilled and unsatisfactory
state of victory in terms of gain as opposite to loss en route towards apt
optimality in beingness.
The pain escalating via the bitter sensation of lack of gain should be
installed essentially as an influential factor of endorsement and
encouragement for further trials and restarts until goals are achieved.
Conquering own thoughts about defeat aint about confronting own self or
holding own self as antagonist to be defeated, as casually and naively coped
with in religions, spirituality and ethics, but as a friend in need of care and
love reasonably, wisely and factually.
There should be only factual astute reasonability in dealing with reflections
of realities on the human reality, especially in the mental virtual aspect of
the psychical level of the human reality concerned fundamentally with
codes and symbols called epistemologically conceptions that deal as basis of
thoughts, opinions, principles or creeds.

Linda Conway said once that it is not what is poured into a student that
counts but what is planted.
As a matter of fact, its neither what is poured into a student nor what is
planted that counts aptly and adequately
Its the energizing sunshine and freshening breeze of love, care and support
you provide for your students
Pouring, planting, cultivating and harvesting are all students job
autonomously
No one gives anyone anything
Life within each and everybody as well as everything gives all to all solely
We just aid and support mutually
We just love and care conjointly
We just unite and integrate universally

Bruce Lee said once that mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the
courage to admit them.
Well, having the courage to admit mistakes merely is a great attitude indeed
but wont change anything in reality internally and externally.
Mistakes arent going to be forgivable or forgettable by mere admitting
them.
Still admission of mistakes is an essential step to get out of self-disgust and
self-destruction.
Its surely a crucial step towards building self-esteem and self-integrity.
However, making mistakes forgivable is going to be done factually through
changing incorrectness into correctness internally and externally, since the
negation by incorrectness is actually about mere inaptness and
insufficiency of proper correctness.
Thats how one strips mistakes from the mis-factor and makes them
proper actions.

Bruce Lee said once that the usefulness of the cup is its emptiness.
As a matter of fact, an empty cup is useful in order to be filled, not to be
used.
An already filled cup cant be filled by all means unless emptied before.
However, a cup cant be used for drinking for instance if its empty.
Bruce was pointing at martial artists who were already overloaded with
preset principles, stiff styles and routine movements, whereas he preferred
a free style in martial arts or a styleless style by which one expresses own
self in combat not own school or style typically.
Accordingly, an empty mind or sentiment aint useful by all means to
express thoughts or feelings, but only to be ready to perform adequate
thinking or feeling.
When one tends to realize a certain reality and formulate consequently an
apt relevant mental conception, one should free own mind from prior
opinions, principles or creeds in order to gain new rationalizations upon

Bruce Lee said once that life is an ever-flowing process and somewhere on
the path some unpleasant things will pop up it might leave a scar, but
then life is flowing, and like running water, when it stops it grows stale. Go
bravely on, my friend, because each experience teaches us a lesson. Keep
blasting because life is such that sometimes it is nice and sometimes it is
not.
Outstandingly uttered!
What a realistic dynamic figure Bruce was indeed!
Lifes abundance of positivities and actualities originating from reality
within is the factual reason for all dynamicness, activeness, energeticness
and vigorousness in everything.
Nothing endures negativity all over existence but mere apt and sufficient
metamorphosis towards everlasting originality.
Only the intellectual, free and determined sort of being, the human being
exclusively, endures the so-called negativities, when humans fail to meet
aptness and sufficiency in what they choose and achieve.
The flow of lifes positivity will go through the human life as the
dynamicness of being will flow through the human being.
What the human being ought to do out of awareness, freedom and will is to
flow along with lifes flow of positivity.
Thats how one should be flowing with life not confronting it.
Thats how one should always flow with things around even when others
think hes blasting.
Life is always nice and never was unpleasant by all means, since its all

Its their right however to know you as you are.
Its your right essentially to introduce you as you to others.
Its the right of life basically over both parties to know things as they are not

attitude when you have everything. Unknown
-- Posted by Jinane Khashouf
----------------------------------------I would rather like to say that two things define you: your Persevering
when you have nothing and your Preserving when you have everything.
Persevering is to persist steadily in an action usually over a long period,
especially despite problems or difficulties; patience is the ability to endure
waiting, delay, or provocation without becoming annoyed or upset; only
when patience indicates the ability to persevere calmly when faced with
difficulties, then its influential and beneficial.
Preserving is to keep something protected from anything that would cause
its current quality or condition to change or deteriorate or cause it to fall
out of use. Attitude wont pay if one loses what one gains. Attitude comes
next fundamentally.

As always expected, you have this special talent that I admire extremely as
well as my close intimate Realism followers...
I usually use the term Entity in Anthroposophical approaches at TPA
among the gradational variety of human levels in beingness
I would start empirically and systematically with the Human Personality
that is marked by specificity and distinctiveness...
Next I would explore the Human Identity in a higher human rank in
beingness enveloping of course the lower level of the Human Personality;
the Human Identity resembles the vey general combination of the infinite
Human Personalities marked by mere specificities without distinctions
what lets the infinite various specifications of infinite Human Personalities
get combined together in a coherent state of beingness; thats of course
ontological not epistemological; in other words, its going on in reality not
in ideality; the Human Identity aint but the very Human Personality
enjoying a higher level in beingness; its found in the depth of the Human
Personality; its the Human in Adnan for instance; Adnan and the Human
in Adnan arent two existents by all means; theyre the very being specified
by Adnan and identified by the Human in Adnan...
Afterward, I would discover within the Human Identity that combines all
Human Personalities in full harmony and coherence the Human Entity
that encompasses all specifications of the Human Personalities combined
in the Human Identity in a united way where all specifications are going to
become fully homogeneous and unified into one mass of being obtaining
yet within all infinite specifications absolutely...
Eventually, I would realize within the Human Entity that unifies the

Yogi Bhajan said once that when ego is lost, limit is lost. You become
infinite, kind, beautiful.
Most religions and spiritual trends dealt with the ego negatively since it
represents by them the dark side of the human personality.
The ego, from Latin ego (I) was chosen by Freuds translator as a
translation of his use of German Ich as a noun for this concept from the
pronoun Ich (I).
The ego in general indicates the self.
It has different implications with regard to different points of view and
various common usages.
It may refer to somebody's idea of own importance or worth, usually of an
appropriate level.
It may imply an exaggerated sense of self-importance and a feeling of
superiority to other people.
In Freudian psychology, its one of three main divisions of the mind along
with the Id and the Superego.
Since the Id is the part of the psyche that is unconscious and the source of
primitive instinctive impulses and drives, the Superego is the part of the
psyche that acts as a conscience to the ego, developing moral standards and
rules through contact with parents and society, the ego is that part of the
psyche that contains consciousness and memory and involved with control,
planning, and conforming to reality.
In philosophy, its the individual self, as distinct from the outside world and
other selves.

Bram Stoker said once that it is the fault of our science that it wants to
explain all, and if it explains not, then it says there is nothing to explain.
Such pathetic statement is lacking absolutely the spirit of science and
reality as it obviously talks for itself.
Science is not only about the realistic empirical way of knowledge i.e.
experimental and experiential opposite to doctrinal or conceptional, but
also impartially reasonable i.e. passably unbiased rational and logical.
Science will be thus encompassing all knowledge fields that adopt
empiricism via skepticism and criticism pro realism contra idealism,
ideologism and religionism comprising thereby ontology and particularly
ontosophy that is considered by average academic mentalities as an
abstract field of knowledge.

Oscar Wilde said once that "most people are other people. Their thoughts
are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a
quotation."
Its been regretfully ongoing like so throughout the history of mankind.
Its all about the loss of self-integrity and self-functionality.
Its all about the loss of the human dignity within.
Its all about the loss of the sense of individuality among the massive
collectivity.
Its all about you lost in family, community, patrioticality, nationality,
culturality, religiosity, and so on.
Relationships with other members of the entire human family werent
fundamentally about substituting, confronting, jeopardizing or destroying
your very specificity and uniqueness in humanity and reality.
Relationships are only there for proper and adequate incorporation,
association, cooperation, integration, optimization and satisfaction.
Collectivity is ever pro individuality not vice versa, since the welfare of each
and every individual is the realistic and reasonable foundation of the
welfare of the entire community.
Family, community, religion, party, state, country, and the entire world are
pro each and every individual.
Take care of you and youll take care of all.

C.S. Lewis said once that you are never too old to set another goal or to

The genuine original authentic human reality at all its gradational levels of
beingness, especially the higher ones such as intellectuality,
essentiality/centrality and psychicality, wont be dignified, treasured,
honored or valued by time-space effects on the human material physicality.
The ever-changing process the human body endures indicates no
deterioration, decomposition or extermination ontologically, although its
well-known and commonly accepted so by materialists of casual or
specialized mentalities.
The reason for that lies in the realistic understanding of the very nature of

Anthon St. Maarten said once that you are a deity in jeans and a t-shirt,
and within you dwells the infinite wisdom of the ages and the sacred
creative force of All that is, will be and ever was.
The striving for the absolute in being at all dimensions was ever a kind of
relentless diligent zealous march since the first blossoming times of human
awareness.
Whether it would come to physical/corporal, psychical/spiritual,
essential/central or intellectual/noetic aspects of the human specific
distinct unique reality i.e. the human personality, its always about
unlimitedness and infiniteness after optimal satisfaction and contentment
for optimal bliss.
Undergoing, enduring or even suffering from different kinds of lack,
shortage or deficiency in terms of any kind of lifes needs, essentials,
requisites or prerequisites led the human cognitive, free and resolute
personality to hope, aspire to and seek fulfillment and gratification.
By time, humans found out that everything around lacked limitless supplies
for limitless needs of limitless needy humans.
They asked and searched for something that enjoys what they longed for.
Whether mentally, emotionally, mystically or religiously, they believed in
the existence of that thing or being that ought to be absolute and gave it
personal name or names originating from or influenced by definite norms,
traditions, cultures and civilizations.
Afterwards, when these monotheistic or polytheistic deities failed to satisfy
human needs, desires and wants, some just didnt dismiss or abandon
godhood or divinity as others did secularly, but applied it on own selves
mystically or spiritually.
Anyway, from the transcendental realistic anthroposophical point of view,

Herman Melville said once that all visible objects ... are but as pasteboard
masks.
Thats what idealists, spiritualists and religionists kept handling and
dealing with physical realities throughout the history of mankind.
Misunderstanding realities, misinterpreting factity and misjudging
existence i.e. misidentifying the factual nature of things they deal with
drove such mentalities to demean and condemn the physical world whilst
elevating, boosting and sanctifying the spiritual, mystical, and divine
worlds, the so-called non-physicality.
Such mentalities never found harmony and unity within own selves.
They just visualized the world, life and reality upon their own torn out and
split personalities precisely.
They wont ever feel the sweet touch of life and reality as long as theyre
imprisoned in own hand-made jails of reactions, emotions, opinions,
theories, principles and creeds.
As to realists, especially the transcendentalists, life, reality, factity, or
existence aint but a harmonic, monistic, cohesive unity rich and abundant
in an infinite diversity of beauty and majesty.
As to transcendental objectivists of realism, its all about life or existence
that is ever there at all its gradational longitudinal levels and progressive
latitudinal stations absolutely.
Theres no real physical world detached from any other world in beingness
despite its richness and abundance of existence.

Confucius said once that life is really simple, but we insist on making it
complicated.
Although Confucius purpose is well caught and digested, still the apparent
contradiction or opposition between simplicity and complexity needs basic
crucial treatment upon realistic ontological approaches away from
conceptual epistemological processing.
Conceptually, simplicity and complexity belong to contradictory or
confrontational set of conceptions where each one holds the negation of the
other.
Thats quite obvious in a world based on strict categorical differentiation
between mental formations.
Thats quite fathomable where the mind needs to analyze and dismantle
general conceptions into specific ones in order to encircle the exact
meanings or realities they point at.
Realistically, simplicity and complexity are two aspects of a monistic reality,
where they both uncover the state that reality is undergoing with respect to
its qualifications or specifications.
In realism, simplicity includes complexity as actual detailed abundance of
simplicity in reality, whereas complexity is unified in simplicity as the stem
root of the details of complexity in reality.
They both are one reality in two aspects or degrees of beingness.
They arent latitudinal - located at the same level of being like
contradictory conceptions that tend to oppose and substitute each other.
61
Albert Schweitzer said once that the purpose of human life is to serve, and
to show compassion and the will to help others.
How sweet and moving it is indeed!
Still, sweet words, sweet thoughts or sweet actions wont be really sweet
just by impressing the mind or sentiment.
Real sweetness aint an impressions outcome; impressions got twisted and
faked under certain conditions.
Real sweetness is actually an upshot of the beauty of reality as it is in
factity.
Never accuse the beauty of life by the ugliness of human twisted thoughts
and actions.
Anyway, when we talk about the purpose of anything, were either talking
about the reason for which something exists or for which it has been done
or made, and also about the goal or intended outcome of something.
By that, one could easily figure out in concord with whats going on in
reality related to the human real being away from idealistic, ideological,
spiritual or religious formulated visualizations and fabricated
structuralizations that the purpose of the human life focuses on the reason
