redevelopmentofthetwotravelplazasonI95.

AreasUSAiscurrentlyinvesting$56millionforreconstructionof
theMarylandHouseandChesapeakeHousetravelplazas.

AreasUSAwilloperateandmaintainthetravelplazasthrough
2047,whiletheMDTAretainsownershipandoversightofthe
plazas.

Statewillreceiveapproximately$400millioninestimatedrevenue
paymentsfromAreasUSAovera35yearperiod.
