D. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
1.Leading & control the whole section of Machine Maintenance Group.
2.Daily follow up and review KPI target including maitenance members. Must
inform and reportto superior regarding daily and monthly KPI target.
3.Anaylse & implement the counter measure regarding all quality issuses, QCD
concept and PDCA cycle towards the achievement of department target.
4.He must be self motivated, indepandant and able to accomplished all the

work, job evaluation, manpower distribution, control of subordinates discipline.

5.Responsible to control the department fixed assets, machine spare part
consumable and expenses within budget, machine spare part cost reduction
project.
6.Actively involve directly or indirectly in all company wide project such as
5S,VM, QEMS, ESD,TQC ACTIVITIES,KAIZEN etc.
7.Prepare all the document (related to machine spare part) for company liciense
applicationand custom tax exemption application.
8.Ensure that able to achieve all the department sub target by implementation
through PDCA cycle and fully support the MPT Subcon when require.
9.Check & follow up all the QEMS relevant checklist to ensure all the system
implemented properly & fully support the Senior Enginner to achieve all the
target.
10.Responsible to repair & trouble shoot the major machine problems as fast
as possible to reduce machine repair time.
11. Daily follow up and review KPI target including maitenance members. Must
inform and report to superior regarding daily and monthly KPI target.
12. Make plan for layout activity plan,PM schedule, machine intallment and
machine disposal.
13. Responsible to make machine recovery plan for machine breakdown matter.
Must find out how to arrange sparepart and technical support from serviceman
to recovery machine breakdown as soon as possible.
14. Make manpower arrangement for shift and normal.
15.Management of appraisal including discipline of Technicians & Repairer
(during working time), motivation,problems solving,support & prevention of any
misconduct.
16. To improve technician skill and knowledge in machine trouble shooting and
machine setup model.Make a plan for training.

17. Involve in Safety Committee as main company activity. Plan activity to

reduce Auto Insert accident and incident for zero case.
18. Make plan for yearly machine inspection activity. Arrange support from
machine serviceman if need their support to do machine incpection.
