SEB Trainee

SEB in Lithuania is part of the SEB Group – one of Europe’s leading banks - and Lithuania’s largest commercial bank offering a full range
banking services to private individuals, corporations and institutions. SEB offers a talented individual an exciting opportunity to work in the
Client Relationship Management business unit (CRM) within the Corporate Banking division in Lithuania during an intense and rewarding
trainee year, starting in September 2010. SEB’s international trainee program is a one-year program which gives a unique opportunity to
gain a thorough understanding of SEB. A tutor together with the trainee will design a tailored education program that will include field trips
and practical work at units in Lithuania and other countries where SEB is presented. The trainee will also spend one month at an
international internship to gain knowledge about SEB’s business from a broader perspective.

About the position

CRM has the overall responsibility for customer relationships with the 300 major corporations in Lithuania as well as all financial institutions, main
municipalities and affiliates of international companies operating in Lithuania. The responsibilities cover co-ordination of all the bank's units in order to
provide customers with a full range of banking services including credit risk assessment and credit limit management.

With around 50 employees CRM sets and implements business plan/business strategy towards each client achieving SEB’s common goals. On a daily
basis, close contacts are maintained with SEB’s Baltic division, CRM in Stockholm, SEB Pan-Baltic level among other units.

Your assignment as a trainee

As a trainee you will be involved in a wide range of assignments including servicing and advising the largest corporate clients of SEB, corporate credit
and operational risk assessment, financial analysis, industry and sector overview, coordination of actions within the client team in order to supply the
customers with full range of banking services and cooperation with other business units within SEB. You will be located in Vilnius, but the role requires
travelling within Northern Europe.

Your profile as a trainee


General profile

Requirements:

Degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent


Graduated or worked for less than a year since graduation
Excellent written and spoken English
