DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and entered into this ___ day of February, 2016, at the
City of Tacloban, by and between:
ANGELITA G. OPINA, of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence and
postal address at San Roque St., Brgy. Buri, Municipality of Palo, Province of
Leyte, herein after referred to as the ASSIGNOR;
-andKENNETH G. OPINA, of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence and
postal address at San Roque St., Brgy. Buri, Municipality of Palo, Province of
Leyte, herein after referred to as the ASSIGNEE.

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is the buyer of a three (3) bedroom unit,
located at Phase I, Blk 3, Alberlyn Box Hill Residences, Mohon, Talisay City,
Province of Cebu, Philippines, with a floor area of sixty eight (68) square meters
and lot area of seventy seven (77) square meters.

WHEREAS, the purchase of the aforementioned house and lot package is

covered by a Reservation Agreement entered into by the ASSIGNOR and AE
International Construction and Development Corporation. Copy of the
Reservation Agreement is herein attached as ANNEX A.

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR offers the ASSIGNEE the assignment

and/or conveyance her rights, title and interests over the abovementioned
subdivision unit as referred and described in the said Reservation Agreement and
the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment and/or conveyance in accordance
with the terms and conditions herein set forth.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises

and the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (750,000.00),
PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, which the ASSIGNOR hereby acknowledged to
have received from the ASSIGNEE, the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, transfers and
conveys unto the ASSIGNEE, all her rights, title and interests over the
aforementioned property and appurtenant interest in the Reservation Agreement
pursuant to this Deed and the ASSIGNEE by these presents hereby accepts the
assignment and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Reservation
Agreement and the rules and regulations, and restrictions pertaining to the said
unit.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their
hands at Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines on this 24th day of February 2016.

day of February, 2016 in City of Tacloban, Philippines, personally appeared the

executed the foregoing instrument consisting of two (2) pages including this
acknowledgment page and they acknowledged to me that the same is their free and
voluntary act and deed.
