technology described by you in ideal terms is able to decide the existent problem of global temperature
raising. But, much to our regret, the real terms from ideal are distant. Therefore direct by a way this
task scarcely can be decided. At first, such technologies implemented is rare at industrial production.
By a principal reason there will be the unwillingness of corporations to install gas-catchers on the troop
landing of gases in an atmosphere to that. It will result in the loss of productivity and, accordingly, loss
of incomes and rise in the prices of producible products. Secondly, most productions and technologies
in the world are not oriented to the selection CO2 from the thrown gases out.
It is necessary to remember the discussions for decreasing of the troop landings of sulfur in an
atmosphere. To the present tense the problem is not solved and the great amounts of sulfur are thrown
out in an atmosphere, especially in the nonferrous metallurgy. So, I offer other, original variant of
watching for decreasing the troop landings CO2 in an atmosphere. One of basic criteria at development
was an economic value from its introduction, because exactly this criterion is retentive large industrial
enterprises from introduction of projects of ecological defense and making their dealing healthy.
We will consider a concrete example: production of food ice, which in the world consumption are
milliards kilowatt of electric power. Simple calculations are shown, that on production of blocks of
food ice in ice-generators only in Europe a 10 million is daily expended kilowatt of electric power. If at
production a 1 kilowatt of electric power a 340 gr. of anthracite coal is used and a 27 gr. CO2, at
production a 10 million kilowatt of electric power is thrown out 270 tons of carbon dioxide, or about
100 thousand, is here thrown out in an atmosphere tons in a year.
Such examples it is possible to lead very much. But now speech not about it. I proudly present you the
project "Pure Ice". I very much respect you, as specialist in this branch and does not doubt, that you
will estimate this project impartiality, from point of professional. Especially as at development of this
project I aimed not only to solve a problem with CO2 but also to interest large industrial productions,
doing technology economic advantageous above all things for them. Alarming is necessary already, that
then did not appear too late, therefore only such people as you are business people, realizing the scales
of possible catastrophe and its consequences, can have influence on the folded situation, by the unique
decision of which - decision can rescue a planet from a global catastrophe, - there are development and
introduction of the modern global technologies diminishing energy consumption.
So, a little about what is the project "Pure Ice". A booty, transporting and use of ice of icebergs for the
receipt ecologically of clean drinking-water, and also consumptions of food ice, are basis only. Higher
was already cited digits, which enable to estimate the damage inflicted by these productions to the
atmosphere, little. But if in the first approaching to count up these indexes on a whole world, numbers
will be on an order higher. Thus ice, produced by ice generators can't be named "live". Opposite, ice
from icebergs is mostly clean, and charged the magnetic field of Earth. Besides, collecting unique ice
from icebergs we deliver an atmosphere from such amount CO2.
For realization of project by me, at the assistance the leading shipbuilding institutes of Russia, the
following documents are developed:

* the predesigned technical and economical basis, in accordance with the requirements of the Marine
register, ship complex by displacement in a 1,5 million tons for a booty and transporting of ice of
icebergs;

* business-plan of ship complex building;

* technologies for receipt and application of the melted water and ice in brewing, preparations of
different drinks, conditioning and cooling of the air on cruise ships and also in medicine, cosmetology
and other clean technologies.

The first-time design of building of ship complex on the shipyards of Russia and Ukraine are worked.
Upon preliminary settlements the first ship complex can be built for 2,5-3 years. A such ship complex
will demand investments about 800 million pound sterling. Taking into account that world market of
sale of iceberg ice and water got from him practically unreserved in the nearest 100 years, for
satisfaction of necessity of humanity in the drinking-water of high quality it will be necessary to create
a flotilla no less from 1000 ship complexes.
As every pound sterling inlaid in this business will bring an income 2 - 3 pound, I offer you, dear mr.
Branson, to finance organization of this profit business, that will make you able to realize the plans
about stopping of global temperature rising. Except for it, realization of the project "Pure Ice" is able to
decide another global problem threatening by a no less serious ecological catastrophe: implement of
this project will allow to restrain the increasing of the World ocean level.
