TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT/FINAL PAYMENT: A deposit of $400 per person is required to secure a reservation. Final Payment is
due by November 1, 2015.
AIR CREDIT: There is a $750 per person air credit if you decide to arrange your own air.
AIR TAXES & FEES: Due to fluctuation, additional air taxes and fees maybe added at final billing (11/1/2015).
TRANSFERS: Transfers are provided if airfare is purchased through MWT Associates, Inc. If own air is arranged,
arrival February 11 by 4:30pm and departure February 17 by 8:40am, transfer will be provided.
NAME CHANGE: A $200 per person fee will be charged for name change after November 1, 2015.
DEVIATIONS: Any requests for deviations must be sent in writing and received by MWT Associates no later than
November 1, 2015. There is a non-refundable $200 per person deviation fee after deposit, plus additional expenses
incurred for airfare and itinerary.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: All US Citizens must have valid photo government identification for travel within the
United States. A valid Passport is required for Non-US Citizens.
NOT INCLUDED: Not included alcohol, laundry, telephone and personal amenities.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: All cancellations must be sent in writing to MWT Associates, Inc.

is received, there is a $150 per person cancellation/administration fee, for all reservations under deposit prior to
August 01, 2015. Cancellations received between August 02 and October 30, 2015 full deposit will be forfeited;
between November 01 and December 15, 2015, 50% of the trip cost will be forfeited; between December 16, 2015
and day of departure, 100% of the trip cost will be forfeited. Trip Cancellation Insurance is recommended.
OPTIONAL TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Trip Cancellation Insurance protection is highly
recommended and will be encouraged to be paid with deposit. If paid with deposit or within (15) fifteen days of
your initial deposit, pre-existing medical condition limitations are waived for traveler, companion and immediate
family members. It covers terrorist acts, which occur in a city listed on your itinerary within 30 days of your
schedule arrival and supplier default. NEW Inclusion: Traveler or a travel companion is terminated or laid off
through no fault of his or her own, provided that he or she has been an active employee for the same employer for
at least 2 years. Coverage does not apply to any sickness of the insured or condition that existed in the 60 days prior
to your effective date for which you or your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Member scheduled or
booked to travel. A brochure detailing the Trip Insurance coverage will be sent with your initial invoice
confirmation. The cost of this important protection will be conveniently added to your invoice unless declined at time
of booking or final payment. To receive this value protection, simply remit the amount indicated with payment. The
plan cost must be paid in order for the plan to be effective.
PRICES: Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Airlines and hotels frequently change their prices as a result of fare
increases and/or fuel surcharges. Prices may differ when you book your travel and are not guaranteed until full
payment is received for the final invoice price.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF TOUR MEMBERS: Trip members have certain responsibilities to MWT Associates,
Inc., vendors, and other members of the tour. Trip members are responsible for understanding the conditions implied
in the tour and their ability and appropriate behavior for the tour. It is vital that persons with medical problems make
them known to us well before departure. The trip leader has the right to disqualify anyone at any time during the trip
if he or she feels the trip member is emotionally, mentally or physically incapable or if the trip members continued
participation will jeopardize the individual involved or the group. Refunds are not given under such circumstances.
RESPONSIBILITY: The sponsoring organization and MWT Associates act only as agents for the various carriers
for which tickets are provided, and assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the service of any vessel,
carriage aircraft, or in part in the performance of its duty to the passenger neither injury, loss, accident, delay,
irregularity, which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through neglect or default of any
company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any
person engaged in carrying the purpose for which tickets and coupons are issued. In the event it becomes advisable
for the comfort and well being of passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter itinerary or arrangements, such
alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should
conditions warrant; also to decline to accept or retain any passenger as members of the tour. In such instances, full or
equitable amounts will be refunded. Refunds for unused carrier tickets may be made only in accordance with the
regulations of the carrier. All fares are based on our tariffs as of this printing and are subject to adjustment without
prior notice in event of changes.
