James F. Twyman is the New York Times bestselling author of 15 books, including "Emissary of Light," "The Moses
Code" and "The Barn Dance." Known around the globe as the Peace Troubadour, in 1994 James put peace prayers from
the 12 major religions to music and began traveling the world performing concerts to groups of thousands to spread his
message of peace. Along with millions of people participating in nearly a dozen worldwide prayer vigils, James
experienced the power of focused prayer when he performed the peace concert in countries like Bosnia, Iraq, Serbia,
South Africa, Israel, Northern Ireland, and many other war torn areas of the world.
Producer/director of six films, including the award winning "Indigo" and "Redwood Highway," Twyman releases his most
passionate creation to date in more than 300 churches nationwide later this year. A Chorus in Miracles, created in
celebration of the 50 year anniversary of the most profound spiritual text of the 20 th century, A Course in Miracles, will
see its world premiere on October 21, 2015. Twyman is founder of The Beloved Community, a network of spiritual peace
ministers around the world, as well as the Seminary of Spiritual Peacemaking which has graduated and ordained over 500
ministers.
A professional musician, singer and songwriter who learned to play the guitar at the age of 12 under the instruction of Fr.
Vince Ferraro, his parish priest, James has since recorded and produced Twelve (12) CDs with the latest to be released in
December 2015, A Chorus in Miracles soundtrack. Currently leading over 15,000 people in daily A Course in Miracles
lessons set to music, Twyman has collaborated with the most notable spiritual thought leaders of our time including the
late Dr. Wayne Dyer, Neale Donald Walsch, Collette Baron Reid and Marianne Williamson, among many others.
With decades of experience rooted in Christianity, yet exceeding religion-based paradigms, Twyman is reaching an
audience well beyond those commonly tapped into within his genre. A dedicated Course in Miracles student and sought
after teacher, Twymans path is clear and he continues to write, record, perform and spread his message of peace, the
belief in Miracles, the knowledge there is much more to life than what we see, and what it means to live life at 100
percent.
James lives in Portland, Oregon overlooking the Columbia River where he records music, produces films, writes and
