Overall participation and engagement: Excellent
I believe I was a very strong contributor to my group. I fulfilled my responsibilities as Artistic Director. I
worked to integrate all the ideas of my teammates. I made fair assignments toward the completion of our
project. I established a timeline to schedule the completion of our project. I contributed resources to our
project. One area I could have improved, however, was in communicating with my team. I could have
sent reminders as to expected contributions and helped my teammates better understand what we
needed to complete our project.
Group Member #1: Mickey Mouse
Overall Participation and engagement: Minimally Acceptable
Although I like Mickey Mouse as a classmate, he was not the ideal group member. There were a few
times when Mickey didnt bring the things he said he would bring and thus delayed our work. I didnt feel
that he was supportive of our team when he would criticize our plan or actions. He did the service but
didnt help with the planning. Mickey did do his job as oral presentation director. He did prepare and
contribute to the presentation. Because he was so inconsistent, I can only say that his participation was
minimally acceptable.
