Purpose:
To monitor the key dates of the works, ensuring that the relevant plans/schedules from contractors reflect the true
situation, progress reporting is accurate and that any forecasts are realistic and achievable. To monitor the ongoing
activities at the sites and advise the Project Service Leader and Construction Manager of any critical activities or
schedule delays and to provide practical solutions to mitigate any negative impact to the project schedule.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for:

Ensure compliance with company Planning & Progress Measurement Requirements and schedule F
Monitor Contractors management of schedule interfaces with other Contractors
Ensure quality of planning systems, plans and deliverables provided by Contractors planning group
Ensure accuracy of progress reporting and status data provided by Contractor
Prepare overall schedules for the work based on Contractors schedules as input into the Project schedule
Monitor all procurement activities at the worksite.
Ensure that all short-term critical tasks are reviewed regularly.
Review, analyze and comment on Contractors reports
Review / comment on Contractors change control submissions
Ensure that all contributors are fully aware of reporting schedule and requirements
Liaise with all responsible parties to collect their individual reports in the required formats
Reporting coordinator to ensure that requirements for timing, quality and formatting of reports are being met
and advise of potential schedule problems.

Qualifications & Experience:

The job holder must have .

Engineering HND (or equivalent), 10 years planning, 15 years oil & gas experience, 5 years with Client or
Management Services Contractor in Subcontractors offices.
At least 5 years Engineering Office planning experience
Experience in progress measurement systems and progress measurement techniques.
Experience in Report preparation for large scale multi-location projects
Experience in working closely with engineering/construction subcontractors
Relevant experience in Primavera software Project 2010

Required Competencies:
The job holder must have proven:

Knowledge of computer software required with Primavera P3 competency essential. Project 2010
Ability to generate/comment level 4 plans
High standard of English essential
Ability to work with minimal supervision and to initiate and promote the reporting function
Ability to assist management and engineers to achieve the required output in both content and timing, and
willingness to expedite as necessary to meet the report cut-offs.
Ability to challenge input where necessary

Position will be based in Venezuela at the Punto Fijo jobsite.
