procedure that reduced customer Factory Acceptance Testing failures from 15 to 2.
Ensured quality requirements were met while manufacturing components and tooling for the Large Vehicle Stage
Adapter (LVSA) that will be used on The Space Launch System (SLS), adhering to both Teledyne and NASA (MSFC)
