EMPLOYEE SATISFACTIION
In my point of view, study of “ Employee satisfaction “ helps to

maintain a standard & increase productivity by motivating the

employees. This study tells us how much the employees are capable

&interest at workplace? Although “Human resource” are the most

important resources for this organization. So to study on employees

satisfaction helps to know the working condition & what are the things

that effect them to not work properly. Always majority of done by the

machine / equipments but without any manual moments nothing can

be done. So to study on employee satisfaction is necessary.

Generally Employee satisfaction is a measure of how happy

workers are with their job and working environment. Keeping morale

high among workers can be of tremendous benefits to any company,

likely to produce more, take fewer daysoff,and stay loyal to the

company. there are many factors in improving or maintaining high

employee satisfaction, which wise employers would do well to

implement.

To measure employee satisfaction, many companies will have

mandatory surveys or face to face meetings with employees to gain

information , both of these tactics have pros and cons , and should be

chosen carefully .I also meet with associates individually and

communicate with them and ask some questions regarding health,

benefits and entertainment in Coral Health Care Pvt. Ltd. plant.

Employee satisfaction is often measured by anonymous employee

satisfaction administered periodically that gauge employee

satisfaction in area such as:

goals and overall success. The importance of employee opinions has

been an issue of debate for organisations and HR experts from a

long time now.

be mentally prepared to deal with the problems and the scenario

and take the results in a positive manner. Underestimating the

The respondents reply by circling a no.between 1 and 5 that

correspondents to highly dissatisfied.the other would be included

are the nature of the work, supervision, present pay promotion

opportunities and relations with coworkers.these factors are rated

on standardized scale and then added up to create an overall job

satisfaction score.

There are many elements that go towards providing an employee

with job satisfaction, from the working environment, working

methodology, working ethos, company ethics to having good and

effective management. Job satisfaction brings benefits through

improved motivation and productivity from a workforce that feels

they are treated as individuals and not a commodity item.

getting knowledge about the various aspects of employee

satisfaction.

Mr. Kulvinder Kumar (HR Manager) guided me& I also discussed

various aspects of employee satisfaction with managers and other

personal relating to the assigned topic.

Data collection of this project is based on 8 weeks survey.Data

sources

comprise primary data.

A primary data sources include responses to questionnaire &

interviews Conducted with associates and operators.

How to increase employee satisfaction?

Do today’s employers take care about employee satisfaction level,

as workforce surplus country with poverty an critical problem. Basic

employment is not reachable, satisfaction is little faraway. The

change is very much visible employers today looking more quality

and skilled employees who can fulfill their work criteria,

employment is increasing slowly.

Let’s see how we can increase employee satisfaction:

• Provide a livable salary and benefits for your employees. If your

employee can't afford the cost of living on his or her salary, and if

there are no benefits, your turnover will be high. Avoid creating

expectations that will lead to disappointment.

satisfaction. Re-organize the physical work space so each employee

has sufficient and comfortable space to work in. Give each employee

access to a window or a pleasant view or pleasant surroundings.

• Respect and take a positive view of your employees. You hired

them; now have faith in them. Avoid assuming your employees are

reluctant to work or need constant supervision. Resist the

temptation to show indiscriminate distrust of your employees. The

reason? An employee who is viewed negatively will act negatively.

An employee who is viewed as responsible, talented, and an asset

to the company will be more likely to take responsibility, be

conscientious, and be loyal and an asset to the company or small

business.

LIMITATIONS

The work-study has some limitations in itself. In the project survey

conducted by me, whatever is the methodology adopted the

following limitations were perceived.

1- Some times respondents of survey replied that they have no time.

2- The associates were busy every time,even sometime they said

they

don't have 10 minutes to fill the questionnaire.

3- Sometimes, it was found that the information given by the

ssociates

is not correct, they are biased when they fill up the questionnaire.

4- The respondents were reluctant to give the correct information

because of fear.

5-Sometimes the employee were depicting various things in orally

and were writing different things in questionnaire due to fear of job

security.

6- Some of the respondent asking for a questionnaire, which is being

filled by other person. This way they were trying to copying/

compare their own responses.

CONCLUSION

As i have got a great opportunity to associate myself with such

it was a matter of pride for me. the Coral Health Care Pvt. Ltd.

is well known food and bevrage company worldwide and is also

known for its good services. I have learned a lot in the plant. my

Executive Mr. rajkumar rai has helped me a lot in making my

project report in well mannered way. my topic of project was

"EMPLOYEE SATIFACTION" in which i have to find out how much the

associates are happy with his work environment and his job.

At last i find out in some conditions they are satissfied and in some

they are dissatisfied
