To ensure high transfer rates, the devolo dLAN 200 AVpro DINrail should be connected behind residual
current circuit breakers (RC circuit breakers) and main circuit breakers wherever possible, because these
can slightly inhibit the communication signal. In situations which demand that communication pass
through one ore more residual current circuit breakers, observe the corresponding installation notes. The line
properties and cross-sections for connecting the devolo dLAN 200 AVpro DINrail must be selected based on the
fuse protection. The device is internally protected and can be connected to lines with cross-sections up to 6mm
without a pre-fuse if the breaking capacity is 50kA. An additional circuit breaker may be required in order to
reduce the cross-section, but can also be provided optionally as a shut-o.
