General Terms & Conditions

. The promotional package offer is not valid for group bookings.
. No refund will be provided for any unused services or tickets included in the promotional package(s).
. Payment Terms: Pre-payment must be made via a valid Credit Card. All non-guaranteed reservations will be released at
Resorts World at Sentosas full discretion.
. Cancellation and Amendment Policies: No refund will be provided in the event of cancellation of this order and no
amendment to the order will be entertained.
. No Show Policy: In the event of no-show, there will be no refund for your package purchase.
. Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without
prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
. This booking including these terms and conditions constitutes the sole and entire agreement between Resorts World at
Sentosa and you. For the avoidance of doubt, this booking shall be governed by laws of Singapore without regard to
conflict of laws rules
and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Hotel Rooms
The check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is by 12 noon, and 1PM for reservations made through
www.rwsentosa.com and Reservations and Ticketing Hotline 6577 8899.
. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age and all overnight guests must be registered at the Reception Desk. All
non-registered guests/visitors shall not be permitted to stay in guest rooms beyond 11pm.
. Check in during the peak hours between 3pm to 4pm might require a waiting time of about 30 minutes.
. Your room preference will be subject to availability upon check-in. Requests for early check-in will be handled based on
hotel availability at the time of check-in.
. Complimentary Hotel Facilities (gym and pool) are for the exclusive use of registered guests only.
. Resorts World at Sentosa reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has
engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations
contain or resulted from a
