or small group of owners.

Shareholder views:
The general idea of shareholder view is “to maximize wealth and profit”
The shareholder thought about the management of a business is that it has the only one social
responsibility to increase the profit for the share holders.Because they are the owner of the
business and they have the right to support the maximum return on investment and they want
the maximum profit for their own not for society.
STAKEHOLDER’S VIEW:
The general idea of stakeholder view is "not only to maximize wealth but also have a concern
with the social work”
We should go for stakeholder view because as we already know that Pakistan is a developing
country so through stakeholder view we can reduce the burden on the government like hiring
of employees reduces the unemployment, paying of taxes to the government increases the
budget of the country which in return used for the welfare of the society and providing the
good quality service to attract the costumers etc
Responsibilities of UFONE:
The main responsibilities of UFONE are:
Maximum sales.
Maintaining and improving quality services.
Long run investments.
Making loyal customers.
Social responsibility.
Employee’s welfare.
Health and safety.
The above points are discussed below in details:
Maximum sales:
First of all the responsibility of the organization is to sell the maximum tickets and to obtain
maximum profit.
Social responsibility:
As UFONE is operating in Pakistan as well as outside; therefore it has some social
responsibilities which are necessary in society of Pakistan. These social responsibilities
include the social cultures, laws and regulations of government of Pakistan or the other
country in which they serviced and ethical issues in Pakistan or the other particular country in
which they serviced. UFONE should have to keep in mind all the social cultures of Pakistan
especially in promotional activities; otherwise it will lose its customers. It is the responsibility
of UFONE to work within the rules, regulations and laws of government of Pakistan.
Employee’s welfare:
Employee welfare is also a responsibility of organizations because its overall performance is
dependent on their employees. If an organization is taking care of its employees, so obviously
their performance will be very good. Majority of organizations provide different services to
their employees including financial support, medical services, different rewards and free
education for their children. Similarly some organizations provide medical services to their
retired employees as well. Therefore it is the responsibility of every organization to have
effective human resource development department.
