Widerruf der Zulassung fr Gynipral, Tabletten (Hexoprenalin), Zl-Nr. 44439 Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren In Absprache mit Swissmedic mchten wir Sie ber den Widerruf der Zulassung von Gynipral (Hexoprenalin) in Kenntnis setzen. Fehlende Studiendaten zur Wirksamkeit der oralen Form von Hexoprenalin fhren zu einem ungnstigen Nutzen-Risiko-Prol. Daher hat sich Takeda entschlossen, die Zulassung von Gynipral Tabletten zu widerrufen. Dieser Widerruf ist in bereinstimmung mit den Restriktionen der European Medicines Agency (EMA) zum Einsatz kurzwirksamer Beta-Agonisten in geburtshilichen Indikationen. Der Widerruf von Gynipral Tabletten erfolgt per 31. Dezember 2013. Das Prparat Gynipral Tabletten darf nach dem 31. Dezember 2013 nicht mehr in den Verkehr gebracht und abgegeben werden. Gynipral (Hexoprenalin), ZL-Nr. 44438, Injektionslsung ist von diesem Widerruf nicht betroffen und wird weiterhin zur Verfgung stehen.
