Whether you want to pick up
a skill, or develop an interest
you already have, learning
something new can really help
improve your mental wellbeing.
We run creative courses, courses
to help you improve your health &
fitness, & courses that give you the
skills you need to deal with
difficult situations.
We have a variety of courses
running in Oxford, Banbury, Witney
and Abingdon. They take place
during the day, in the evenings and
at weekends.
All our courses are open to anyone
aged 16 or over.
