ic equipment needs. Trained customers in Japan, speaking in Japanese.
Designing systems on site. Equipment did not operate correctly after installatio
n and customer threatened to cancel agreement. Evaluated problem and engineered

additional system sale.
Reengineering systems. Discovered wrong gauge wires were used during complex cab
le system install in Japan. Developed strategy, remapping entire system Redistri

Customer Service Engineer II, Siemens Medical Solutions, a $650M medical equipme
nt company, 2004 to 2005. Recruited to service variety of medical imaging equipm
ent at University of Utah Hospital and clinics, including x-ray and nuclear medi
cine equipment. Worked with PACS engineers establishing communication links and
VPN (tunnels) to route systems through encrypted hospital networks.
