Initiated review of business processes/advertising sales requirements which led to implementation
of an integrated broadcast sales management system with pretax incremental sales of $4.0 million
annually.
Managed the start up of our merchandising efforts and the development of two web sites.
Director CNET Inc. (1996 – 1999) and served on Audit Committee.
Initiated and managed USA Networks Profit Sharing & Savings Plan (assets $80 million).

and gas partnerships and a restaurant company plus two R&D coal mining projects.
Staffed a start-up company and established the accounting policies and practices for the Group.
Established self-insurance program for Black Lung liabilities with pretax savings of over $1 million
and a surety bond reclamation program.
Renegotiated $150 million project at more favorable and extended terms.
Repositioned business losing $16 million pretax to profitable basis via closing of marginal stores.
Reorganized the financial departments along functional lines which improved accuracy and
productivity by 25%.
Installed point of sale equipment improving cost controls.
Supervised the acquisition of one major company, Gilbert/Robinson (stock acquisition) and two
