TBEA Shandong Luneng Taishan Cable Co., Ltd., which locates at the foot of famous mountain Mount
Tai, is one of the biggest wire and cable companies in China. She owns the right to Import and Export
directly. There is a national class center and the biggest XLPE cable test hall among cable companies.
The company has the ability to produce and test four sorts of cables including bare conductors, 1~500kV
power cables, wires and cables electrical equipment and special cables, totally over 400 types and 20,
000 specifications. Among them, 110kV cable is the first to be certified by Two Ministry and it is
advanced in China. 220kV XLPE cable is the first to be used in national power grid and has world-class
level. The company is the first one to produce 500kV cable in China. The 750kV~1000kV diameter
extension conductor and generatrix is the highest voltage wire in China, and we are the first one to
make it and put it into use. It has reached high level in the world. Our products have been used in
BeiJing Tianan Men lighting line reconstruction, Beijing International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Three Gorges hydraulic engineering project and other important projects. The products
have been exported to more than twenty countries and areas including Singapore, Australian, UAE,
Philippines, Republic of Yemen, Venezuela, Peru, Parkistan, Mongolia, and Hongkong. 110kV and 220kV
cross-linked power cable have been ever used in Sydney Olympic Games in 2000 and Beijing Olympic
Games Gymnasium Center in 2004.

Ultra- heat low slacken and times capacity wires technical features:
1.Long-term operation temperature is 210C, conductor 2 times highter than ordinary
aluminum conductor. Carrying capacity is increased by 60% and above compared
with the ordinary aluminum conductor;
2.Retention rate of tensile strength 90%;
3.Conductivity 60% IACS;
4.The creep of it at 210C is smaller than the hard aluminums at 90C;
5.Invar steel wires are used for steel core, so the linear expansion coefficient and sag
are all reduced;
6.Problems such as limited lines and insufficient head room can be solved by using
this kind of conductor;
7.When this kind of conductor is used for upgrading grid,cost for line reconstruction
can be reduced greatly. There is no need to increase the strength and height of the
tower, and there is no need to change hardware.

Four kinds of heat-resistant aluminum alloy conductor's operation temperature has greatly enhanced ,which can greatly increase the transmission capacity of wire ,improve the utilization of aluminum, and save
relatively construction cost. In addition, they each have their own
unique: High strength heat-resistance aluminum alloy conductor usages is particularly suitable for large span, and for the super heatresistant aluminum alloy conductor with low sag and high capacity,
the sag is very small. The head room of the line can be saved and
investment for the line can be decrease by using this kind of product.
