you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Companys terms. The
Company, Ourselves, Corporation, We, refers to our Company. Lowkey refers to
keeping any records of any situation confidential. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance
and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to
the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed
duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Clients needs in
respect of provisions of the Companys stated services/products, in accordance with and
subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the
singular, plural, capitalizations, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and
therefore as referring to the same.

Privacy Statement
At your knowledge we keep a list of clients who have bought from the companys stock
and therefore those shall be acknowledged that any information collected from individual
customers can be kept anonymous for certain reasons when told to. We are not
responsible if such customer is displeased if they do not request an anonymous
purchase. This statement refers to our list of Client Records and confidentiality of
products purchased.

Confidentiality
Any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be
passed to third parties. However, Client Records are regarded as confidential if the
respective client decides to keep things lowkey, or by terms confidential and therefore
will not be divulged to any third party, other than our manufacturers/supplier(s), legally
required to do so to appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and
copies of any and all Client Records we keep if given reasonable notice of such request.

Exclusions and Liability

The information on this website is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, this Company:
Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of
this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or
profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the
normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of
such potential loss), damage caused are not by any means direct or indirect,

Payments
All payments should be cash only, and by any way of purchase should be via in person
by the location requested by the individual customer. There shall be no purchase of the
products sold if such client comes with invalid money as by incorrect amount. Doing so,
will result in the risk of another client to purchase the product you requested. Eustaquio
Corporation or Sterling Shop declines requests of refunds unless the customer has
received a clear defect product in which case they can inquire a new one back or
presume money under the discretion of the seller.
