Content
Introduction:
The age of biomedical engineering, development of biomedical
instrumentation, man instrumentation system, components
physiological system of the body, Problem encountered in
measuring a living system.
Transducers & electrodes: The transducers & transduction
principles active transducers, passive transducers, transducer for
biomedical applications.
Sources of bioelectric potentials: Resting & action potentials,
propagation of active potential, The bioelectric potentials-ECG, EEG,
EMG and evoked responses.

The components of a biotelemetry system, Implant able units.
