Recommendations for a suitable course of action

As I havent faced any problem during my internship so there isnt any recommendation but two
things I would like to mention; if the next interns have to do same job as of mine, there must be
separate phones for them. If its possible there should a peaceful place where they can sit to do
call, as Promotion & Placement office is one in which there is a lot of hustle bustle; its bit
difficult to understand the other person on call.
