target achievement.
Sales strategy and implementation for ensuring enough enquiry pipeline at
Dealerships through various BTL and ATL activities.
Review the execution against plan on daily basis, Gap analysis and action
plan implementation to arrest the gap. Ensuring adherence to the reporting
system.
Training and updating the Dealer Sales staff on regular basis for motivation
and performance enhancement.
Market intelligence and analysis on regular basis. Sharing of the findings with
Dealer well as company for necessary update and support strategy
formulation.
Direct relationship building in the market to ensure retail support from all

Co-ordination with HO for all commercial aspects of dealer, like billing,

Provide Sales forecast for the assigned territory to HO and Plant for better

Dealer Development (New Dealer Appointment) in the assigned territory for

Regular interaction with the end customers directly for feedback on Product,

New Dealer Induction & Installation (Launching) through dedicated induction

Approaching Banks for renewing or entering in to MOUs for retail / Channel
