Basics

7SJ61

7SJ61 Provides basic protection for feeders and

motors: Overcurrent, Motor Start inhibit, Negative
Sequence, Thermal Overload, and Reclosing
7SJ62 Provides the above and adds voltage inputs,
directional overcurrent, overvoltage/undervoltage,
and over/under frequency
7SJ63 Provides the same as the 7SJ62, plus adds
the graphical HMI interface.

The Advanced Metering on the 7SJ63

and the Optional Metering on the 7SJ62
provides basic metering. The added
benefit of the 9200/9300 meters are they
provide more measurements at a higher
accuracy.

Software Options:
ACCESS software
WinPM.Net 2.0 Support via
Modbus/RTU, logging done
through the software, no
event log data
DIGSI Software from
Siemens Power Transmission
and Distribution provides
support via DIGSI port on the
device, communication to
one device at a time, for
waveforms, trip logs and
events.
Dual Port Capability enables DIGSI
on Port C and WinPM.Net on Port B
to access the relay providing full
relay support at the PC
